My heart is so full! 🩷

It was so awesome to wear my stylist hat with @themabystudio this morning while we set up the Sylvan Lake Chamber Awards... Then my Editor-in-Chief of @rosemag_ca hat and be proud sponsors of the event... and then have a chance to have some great conversations with my @rubyinsylvanlake hat as part of my campaign trail...

But honestly the best hat of the night is just "Ruby"... Having a chance to dress up, dust those heels off and cheer on my friends on their nominations, celebrating their awards and enjoying a night out (finally!) with my best friend @rachelastewart22! 💃🏻🥂👠💄

Congratulations to all Finalists and Awards winners and thank you to all the amazing people who made such a lovely night happen! 🏆

February isn’t late for goals — it might be better. By the time the month arrives, the holidays are behind us, routines are settling, and we’re finally in our bodies again. Instead of chasing numbers, let’s start with how we want to feel — and use gratitude as the bridge between intention and real progress. 🙌✨

💛 Pair each goal with how you want to feel
🧠 Track energy, not just productivity
🙏 Use gratitude as daily calibration
