Not sure if I truly captured the runway look of pecunious, haughty ennui in my vintage Fruit of the Loom sweatshirt 😉

Paired with a thrifted vintage Cheryl Tiegs skirt, vintage 90s Coach purse, thrifted popover shirt, and a mix of old, vintage and thrifted accessories, including earrings from @ahoy.style ❤️ How would you style this sweatshirt?

I’m going for “Throwback Music Week” for #rubyredmusikmix with my friends @rubyredvintageuk and @poplivretro and choosing MC Hammer’s 2 Legit 2 Quit (1991) for my “legit” vintage sweatshirt 😅❤️ Also thinking of you, @worntosecrecy and @skeeballsy 😎

Wishing my friends @frockupfriday #frockupfriday a happy birthday they are 4 this year 🙌

This weeks theme is about dressing as young as you feel well if I was to dress my label size I’d be10 or 12 😂 but I dress to wear what makes me happy as my necklace says 🤭

As you know I like to put my own spin on things and I always have but with my friends @frockupfriday I have got more adventurous in my makes for themes, I am lucky to have the time on my hands some day too much 😜

But also I enjoy joining my friends @rubyredvintageuk and @poplivretro #rubyredmusikmix another excuse to dress up and have fun with clothes

Here is my latest upcycled jeans to match the shoes I brought from @swindonmariecurie for £1.99 @ind_taylor said I’d come up with something 😘

Hope your all having a great Sunday I’m making a roast yummy 😋 much love to all 💗

Joining my friends @rubyredvintageuk & @poplivretro for the last day of the Glam rock birthday week, it’s been such fun to do and I have enjoyed parting with you hosts 🥰

Anyway hope you all have a fabulous weekend and much love 💗

It’s glamour rock week at #rubyredmusikmix this week and a fun week of celebrations for the lovely Angie’s birthday on Thursday.

So I had to join her
@rubyredvintageuk and
Liv @poplivretro
My song choice is
‘I’ll Stand by You’ by the awesome Christie Hynde & The Pretenders.

I’ve always loved this song and Chrissie a huge animal supporter and vegan dedicated it to ‘the animals’ at The Live @petauk concert in 1999, which makes it all the more special.

Also joining: @thefoundfashion /
@ladybfinds for #tuesdaystights
Wearing my fav pink fishnets.

Happy Tuesday darlings 🩷🩷🩷

Joining my friends @rubyredvintageuk & @poplivretro for the host Angies birthday week the theme is Glam Rock so I’m starting with one of my all time favs Marc Bolan and T-rex, so I’ve put on my curly wig and wearing my fab sequins top I recently brought @worththeweightvintage added feather boa to choose Ride a white Swan
I remember watching a show he did back in the 70s and when on holiday at my aunties I wanted to watch it but the younger siblings wanted to watch play school and they won the vote with the parents, my 8year old self then shut myself in the toilet in a right mood 😜😂
Anyway hope you all have a good day much love 💗

Another post for Spring ‘S’ week at #rubyredmusikmix with @rubyredvintageuk and @poplivretro because why not?

Sorry girls I couldn’t help myself.
The sun was shining, the flowers looked amazing and I had a fun time with the pack in the den today.

I love ‘Sunshine’ by Gabrielle
It brings back memories of my son when he was little. He’d buy me a carnation or two or bring me a daffodil

He was my sunshine through hard times and still is. I know #gabrielle dedicated this to her son.
I dedicate it to mine also, my sunshine when I needed it most.

“Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

Is it all nonsense? 🐰

Imagination is essential. Only through believing in the impossible, can people achieve the unbelievable!

I’m dreaming of a world where people live and let live. Where people are kind and happy.

I believe that encouraging a gradual shift towards a more plant-based diet and lifestyle might be more effective than demanding immediate perfection. Everyone has their own journey, and being understanding and supportive can indeed attract more people towards exploring veganism at their own pace. Finding ways to make veganism accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for different individuals can ultimately lead to more positive change and a more compassionate world. It's all about progress.

I am delighted that Hubby is probably 90% vegan. He has however struggled with finding a plant based milk that he likes in his morning cuppa. But he has persevered and I have not attempted to rush the process. It had to be his choice at the right time.
Finally Mighty Milk @get_mighty has replaced his cow milk consumption.

I have of course done a very happy dance on this glorious sunny Friday.

Perfect for
my happy squares.

Has something made you happy today? Or any day? A special little moment, a happy outfit, a kind person or just a good vibe to make you feel great.

Join me if you fancy, share some joy, it helps to deal with those less than happy times and those downright awful times 🩷🦋🩷
