Intimate dinner, done properly.
An evening built around the table.

Layered textures, warm tones and a menu by @chef_orazio that did the talking.
From tablescape to menu, every detail in sync.

Celebrating Michi’s 50th.

When you spend the whole week planning, prepping and perfecting every detail for an event…
And then you see the client’s reaction — genuinely happy and impressed.
That moment is the best reward.

Guests enjoyed:
- Kombucha cured salmon
- Tuna crudo, fennel and citrus salsa
- Maple infused beef carpaccio, fresh horseradish
- Green goddes dip with crudites
- Housemade lavash and Bakerbleu bread
- Aged Manchego
- Maffra Cheddar
- Gordal olives
- Taralli
..and several passed around canapes.

Event planner @rubyseventsandco , thank you!
