SON CUBANO🇨🇺

Learning Son Cubano isn’t just about adding another dance to your repertoire—it’s about understanding where salsa truly comes from and why it feels the way it does.

Son Cubano
The Backbone of Salsa

Son provides the structure—the timing, posture, and partner connection—that holds salsa together. It teaches you to:

* Move with control and intention rather than rushing

* Understand timing and rhythm at a deeper level

* Lead and follow with subtlety, not force

* Stay connected to your partner and the music

Without this backbone, salsa can become rushed and disconnected. With it, your dancing becomes smoother, more musical, and more meaningful.

In essence, learning Son Cubano transforms salsa from just a sequence of steps into a cultural expression rooted in history, rhythm, and connection.

Dance immersion, We will be focused in an intensive dance experience where you deeply explore a specific style of our Cuban culture.

👣 GO BEYOND BASIC STEPS!

• Technique
• Musicality
• Expression
• Cultural understanding

First Surf No.1
I didn’t know why I was drawing this yesterday. Today I realised it was a response to the conditions on Sunday when I got on a board for the first time in 4 years. Strong cross shore wind. Choppy AF. Had to add a filter to match the actual colours. #crossshoresurf #backonaboard #carnage #watermovement
