🌷 Practicing mindfulness is not hard!

❎️ It doesn't imply that you have to maintain a state of zen all day.

❎️ It doesn't necessarily mean that you need to have adopted it after years of practise.

✅️ It's those little moments where you are in the 'now' where you notice yourself breathing.

❇️ By simply paying attention to your breath for a short period of time before getting out of bed in the morning or by paying close attention when your partner, friend, or co-worker is speaking to you, you can increase your mindfulness.

☯️ Writing this post for you all is a form of mindfulness for me.

☸️ I only have one thought, one intention in mind right now: I want more people to lead mindful lives.

🔘🔜 Keep an eye out for my next post if you need assistance learning how to begin your day with more mindfulness.

💚💜💚 Let me take this chance to collaborate with @blogger_anjali to help all of you feel more at ease and stress-free and eventually lead mindful lives.

⁉️ If you have any questions, don't hesitate to message me.

A gorgeous punting trip down the Cam on a freezing winter morning with a cozy blanket, hot water bottle, a witty English tour guide & @iyerishhouse for company.
Hopelessly in love with this little hamlet💕

Lost in my own world💚

The biggest and best therapy I know:
🌿Looking into the greenery,
the smell of the forest,
🦜 the sound of birds,
cuckoo and
☁️ looking into the sky through the tree tops.

💠 For one minute,
🚶🏻‍♀️walk outside,
🧍🏻‍♀️stand there in silence,
🙋🏻‍♀️look up at the sky, and
🙇🏻‍♀️contemplate how amazing life is.

A small attempt of writing✍️:
That thing for
forests over concretes,
hills over fancy places in plains,
sound of nature over hubbubs of discs and pubs can only get you to places like this!

Leave a 💙 if you love being in Nature as much as I do!

🌷Gratitude simplified for all the areas of life! 🙌🏼

🔖What can you be grateful for today?
🔖What are you grateful for right this moment?

🔰 When dealing with a cynical, negative world, appreciation and gratitude are effective coping skills.

📲 A constant stream of news and social media posts can cause anxiety, anger, or fall into a comparison trap. 🔃

⚠️ Anxiety, Fear, Anger, Doubt, and Mistrust are powerful, but not all-powerful.

⚖️ You have a choice!
So, what's next❓️

🙏🏼Try gratitude and appreciation!🌼

✴️ My personal story:

● Everyday when I wake up and step , I could see the sun coming into focus🌤, listen to the birds chirping🦜, and take in the refreshing breeze from the trees.🌲

● My problems and stressors are cast into the breeze that touches me, and I imagine the birds carrying them away.🌲🌱🕊

● When I leave the place and return to my room, I am at peace and content.😌☮️😊

● I remind myself of what I have, and even when I yearn for more or get upset about something that isn't going my way, at least I have that to fall back on.📝

🌈Remember:
GRATITUDE CHANGES WHAT WE HAVE INTO ENOUGH!🌸
