I thought this was going to be an easy session and it ended up being so because of Huan 👊💪🤝

The experience levels are different but the mindset is the same.

Signs of over-reaching include..

Not having the energy or desire to train for hours. 12.68km covered this morning and I still had more in me, finished strong as well.

Getting tired really early in the afternoon. Progressively I would be sleeping at 9PM, 8PM and last night was 6PM.

Increased caffeine with minimal benefit. I limit my caffeine to 2 coffees or 250mg max a day by 10-11AM ideally. Usually one coffee in the morning is all I need.

I'm back to at least one rest day where it's no caffeine and training, just a walk. Might do more of them actually now.
