I'm extremely blessed and excited to announce my commitment to run track and field at Lock Haven University! First and always first is my Lord and savior Jesus Christ, as I wouldn't be in the position I am right now without him. I'd also like to thank @run4lhu for believing in me and taking a chance on me, as well as my coach @monnyruns for being in my corner and helping me throughout the recruiting process. I'm Excited to see what the future holds. Go Eagles.

As a coach, you gain so much from the day-to-day interaction you have with student-athletes. It’s gratifying to watch their growth and to celebrate in the progress they make from when they arrive until they graduate. The true investment, however, is being able to be a part of their lives beyond college and watching them continue to grow as individuals and share in their journeys.

Weddings are one such milestone, and we were so blessed this weekend to be able to share in the celebration as Amanda and Ryan committed to a lifetime together. It was a beautiful day filled with excitement, laughter and joy. It was such a blessing to share the day with them, and to be able to see the many familiar faces of Amanda’s teammates, family and friends.
