🎶Baby we were born to run🎶 Or maybe a gentle jog..

Legs felt heavy today, just couldn't push myself the first half, but got into it by the second half and went full on terminator for the last 1k.

Not my fastest run, but it's still 5k regardless how fast it is!

First run after a week off!

Was ill last week & kids half term, where each child was ill as well at some point, so used the week to relax and recharge.

As always my legs felt so heavy when I started the run, but my focus was to just get out and have an easy pace.

Was pleased with the pace & time and look forward to a week of pushing myself 💪💪

5k this morning with my man, stole this photo from his IG account 🤣

Lovely sunny morning, managed my second fastest 5k, helped having the other half helping me to have myself.

A very frosty run today 🥶

Today was all about motivation, could I and would I go out in -3 to do a run.

Challenge completed 😄
