Happy Last Day of September 🍂 Ending the month with 90 miles ✨ I have not seen that mileage in months 🙌 This training season has had many ups and downs as I navigate perimenopause and adjust as needed 🤦‍♀️ Sometimes it’s the small wins that remind me I got this and to keep showing up 🍂 Keep celebrating all the small wins friends, they matter so very much 🫶
