@viatriozzi seasonal creations are always an all time hit for me — no misses! Starting with the ripest yellow and red tomatoes were the stars of the show, kissed with fresh basil, a drizzle of Sicilian olive oil, and finished with Maldon salt. The kind of simplicity that only works when ingredients are this alive.

Another incredible starter was the squash blossoms that were freshly harvested from Comeback Creek Farm, delicately stuffed with citrusy ricotta and zucchini purée, then ultra-lightly fried to crispy perfection. Each bite into the blossoms was a tiny ode to summer.

Then came the 𝑪𝒐𝒛𝒛𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍’𝑵𝒅𝒖𝒋𝒂 — PEI mussels in a fiery ’nduja butter broth, topped with crispy chickpeas and fresh herbs. Dunking housemade focaccia into that broth was practically a met-to-be experience.

Their Prosciutto e Pesca pairs sweet Texas peaches with silky prosciutto di San Daniele and nutty Parmigiano-Reggiano was chef’s kiss 🤌 followed by our pastas: ⑴ Tagliatelle al Ragù Bolognese, a hand-cut noodles tangled with a rich slow-cooked Wagyu, mortadella, and sausage ragù that tastes like Nonna’s secret recipe！⑵ Lanterne ai Piselli definitely brings together spring peas, asparagus, ricotta fused with mint and citrus, and crispy prosciutto for a fresh, balanced bite that still honors the shift from summer to the summer season.

Tucked in the heart of Lower Greenville, Via Triozzi is one of Dallas’ most delicious destinations with rooftop Italian coast vibes and a main floor that feels like the best kind of homey Tuscan dinner party.

Being spoiled by Co-Executive Chef @sonia773, a dear friend and absolute force in the kitchen, made the evening even more special. She and her team are pouring heart and soul into every dish, showcasing the season’s most vibrant, luxurious flavors.

Female chefs and entrepreneurs like @eat.with.leigh & @sonia773, Italian soul food, season delights and unforgettable hospitality and ambience could not be a better marriage of a place! Truly the perfection of a restaurant 🌿🍝🍑
