It’s been a big Q1 of 2024 filled with PR’s for Speed Force!

Collin Smith- 39:58 5k
Kelsey Mace- 43:37 10k and 1:38:20 half marathon
Jonathan Mace- 42:35 10k, 2nd overall off-road race series
Jerry Lo- 1:43:38 half marathon
Coach- 1:27:45 half marathon

Proud is an understatement for all the hard work these athletes have put in, especially during the “off” season and colder months. This shows that no time training is wasted!
