Four starts in Taiwan. Four wins. 🇵🇭

Coach Sandi Menchi Abahan took the women’s Beast 21K title on October 10, then returned the next day to win the elite women’s Super in 1:09:12—more than eight minutes ahead of second place. She also brought home the Overall National Series title.

Together with her two wins in Tainan in April, that makes four straight victories in Taiwan. The Taiwanese press called her the Philippines’ “Queen of Obstacle Racing.” https://www.hammernutrition.ph/blogs/endurance-news-weekly/taiwan-media-coach-sandi-queen-of-obstacle-racing

Just a week before Taiwan, she won the elite women’s race at DEKA FIT Manila. Between races, she went home to Baguio and held fundraising workouts to help pay for the trip. The community showed up, and Sandi brought the titles home.

Her fueling stays simple: Hammer Gel, Fully Charged before the start, Energy Surge when she needs a sharper effort, and Vegan Recoverite afterwards.

Next is Abu Dhabi for the Spartan International Championships. If you’re in Baguio, join her Rally Behind Sandi circuit training session on October 21 and help her get there.

Congratulations Coach Sandi and maraming salamat for representing the Philippines!

KEEP HAMMERING! 🔨🇵🇭
