Mile 1: feeling fast, fresh, and slightly overconfident.

Mile 2: wardrobe malfunction—free show nobody signed up for.🫠🤭

Eastside Beltline spin, C1s still gliding while I’m holding it together… barely. 😩

12 miles later: shoes did their thing, I survived the plot twist. 🎉

BTW, this is my favorite hat right now! ☺️

Shout out to the bros I saw on the pavement this AM! ✊🏿

Every year families come from different cities and states. Folks hug people they first met through a screen. The children run off like they’ve known each other forever. Parents sit together laughing, talking, and sharing stories.

Kamali was never supposed to just be Zoom classes and assignments.

We were trying to build something a little different. A maroon village. A place where our children could grow up around people who see them, where parents could lean on one another, and where families could feel like they had somewhere they belonged.

And every reunion, every family trip, I look around and think the same thing:

The village is real.

Revolutionary Love y’all. Kamaliacademy.com

29 hours in Charleston.
Landed, checked in, and got straight to living.
Ran a 10K, met some solid people, ate some good food.
Then right back on the road.

Quick trip. Big energy.
That’s how race weekends are supposed to feel. 🏃🏾‍♂️🌊

Ohhhhh my heart ❤️ is soooo full !

THANK YOU 100 times over and over to EVERYONE thus far in supporting me and being soooo generous in making a donation to the

America Cancer Society/Strides Against Breast Cancer 🎀 !!!!!

Yesssss I'm sooooo excited that I will be running in my 1st Abbott World Major Marathon 🥇"THE CHICAGO MARATHON" !!

But before training even begins there is more important work to be done. I am committed to fundraising for the Women, Men, Children and their Families that are facing all types of Cancers!

I am honoring those that lost the battle, I am celebrating those that have survived, I am bringing awareness, I am raising critical funds for research and for those that are fighting cancer every day!

I will run 26.2 Miles for the American Cancer Society/Strides Against Breast Cancer as I continue celebrating life as a Breast Cancer Survivor 🎀

Please consider supporting me and my fundraising efforts! Know that no amount is too small, it's your generosity that is BIG !

To make a donation follow the link 🔗 in my BIO/IG Story 🎀

Again "Thank You" all for your donations and thank you in advance for your support, it truly matters and means so much 🤗❤️🎀
