Track is back and we couldn’t be more excited!!!💛 there is something so special about training with your best friend.

After our practice today, I had a realization. I thought about how my training has improved. I thought about how my racing has improved. I thought about how much more I ENJOY running now. And I figured out the common factor in all of this: my MENTAL STATE.

Through years of therapy, I have been taught the skills to help me rewire my brain. Not only have I noticed a massive difference in my personal life but in my training as well.

Who knew that meditation, journalling, visualization and learning how to breathe properly, could actually help me run faster and stronger?!!

It’s crazy how when you work on yourself, everything around you gets better and things start to shift💛

My DMs are always open if you want to chat about how I can help you reach your goals✨

Watch until the end- that’s how I hurt my elbow🤣

Another 30km Horrible Long Run for the Record🥷😵‍💫🤢 I really would have STOPPED At 23km Today, guess Body is somehow more sore with periods🩸this time + Training Load & Bad sleeps.
Will suck it up for now, recover and taper a Bit🙈 Racing a half next weekend with Bestie 🥳🥳 and then 2 weeks to @haspamarathonhamburg 😍😍Still feeling No confidence for a PR😵‍💫 I’ll just follow Guru @holly.zimmermann blindly and cover my watch🙈😵‍💫

Ps: congratulation everyone for fantastic performance At @berlinerhalbmarathon @parismarathon & all races around the world Today. 🥳🥳 you all are Rockstars☀️🥳

Nothing changed🤪😂..
Honestly speaking, it was a total upside down Journey from my obese childhood to a 100km Ultra Marathoner😂
I ate all unhealthy shit, lived only for eating, No workout, didn’t even know anything about running, was 12kg overweight than my age group kids, No regular clothes fit me & I had to wear XL men size clothes as a 12y old kid 🫣
Then one Fine Day something happened and it changed my entire Life and I started my fitness Journey when I was 13y old…
All I knew was- creating calorie deficit and cardio Workouts were the only way to lose weight!😅so all I did was->🏃🏾‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️ and eat less😂
Over the years—> turned in to a Cardio 🏃🏾‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️Champ —> Gym Junkie 🏋️‍♀️💪🏻—> 30mins Treadmill Runs —> First 5km Road Race —> Marathons —> Mountain Runs—> 100km Ultra Marathon (Loved every bit of it)🥰🥹

Now happily Running and spreading #SoundMindSoundBody effects with @asicsfrontrunner 🇩🇪🧿 🤝
Tell me in comments, What changed your Life completely into Positive?🤗
