Forever grateful for people taking pics of my work as I am getting even worse at forgetting to do it 😂

Blessed to have the most busy summer yet. 5 more weekend retreats and then I’ll hopefully be taking a nice 10 day break over Christmas🌀

I have 1 weekend available in May 2027 and June is fully booked now. If you’d like my retreat packages sent over please send me a message! 💕💕💕

New class on Ruve, boomerang flow.

This week’s class builds all the way up to boomerang, our peak pose. One of my favourite postures Boomerang is both a challenge physically and mentally and ends in this amazing stretch. There’s a reason boomerang comes towards the end of the original sequence. All the work is done before it, so when you finally get there everything just flows together, keeping you engaged right to the end while still giving you that stretch to sink into.

This is how I’d teach it, using all the classic moves to build you up with confidence.

Experience it for yourself, start your 7 day free trial today 🤍

Atomic Pilates, 17.08.26 – 30.08.26

Habits are created through systems, and Atomic Pilates is the system you use to finally get Pilates into your routine for good. Over the next two weeks, we’re showing up for just 20 minutes a day on the mat, six days a week. We’re stripping it right back to basics, with classes suited to beginners through to all levels, leaning into the classics and building the foundation we’ll carry through to the end of the year.

Showing up is about to change from being a task on your list to being who you are and what you do.

The habit you want is built one rep, one day, one small win at a time. Sign up for Atomic Pilates and start stacking yours from August 17th.

A little look at how I spent last Wednesday as a Pilates instructor in Glasgow ✨

Wednesday is my lightest teaching day and the only day I have classes in the evening. I keep it free to get lots of work done for @ruvepilates , clear my head, and do some things to fill my cup.

I think we’re going to particularly enjoy what’s coming to Ruve in June, keep your eye out 🤍
