It’s been a cracking month at RWB Wellbeing! 🌈

@rwb_massagetherapy - I’ve loved welcoming so many of you through the clinic doors for sports therapy and sports massage. Seeing clients recover from longstanding injuries, get back to doing what they love, and leave feeling better never gets old—it genuinely puts a huge smile on my face.

@rwb_nutrition - has continued to grow too, with more people joining my fat loss coaching programmes than ever before. I’m incredibly proud of what my clients have achieved—not just losing pounds, but building the habits that make their results sustainable for the long term. I can’t wait to get started with the July cohort, from the 6th July!

@rwb_coaching - has also had an exciting month! We were proud to sponsor @yourtrainingpartner_fb_group very first running event at Manton Pit Top, helping bring even more life to this fantastic space in Worksop—and seeing it sell out was brilliant. We also announced our sponsorship of @worksop_harriers @worksophalfmarathon this October, alongside celebrating some incredible performances and PBs from our coached athletes.

So, all in all… what a fantastic June!

Here’s to another month of helping people move better, feel better and achieve their goals.

Hello, July… let’s see what you’ve got! 💙🌈

✨ Early finish today ✨

It’s been a short but lovely week 💛
I’ve loved welcoming two new clients who tried Reflexology for the very first time 👣✨

And today… I finally practiced what I preach and took some time for myself too 🙌
Had the most amazing treatment with Craig at @rwb_massagetherapy — and honestly, it had been WAY too long!

Why is it we’re always telling everyone else to prioritise self-care… but keep putting our own off? 😅
Please tell me I’m not the only one who says “I really need to book in” and then suddenly a YEAR has passed 🙈

What’s one thing you keep promising yourself you’ll make time for but never do? 👇💛

A huge thank you to our sponsor, RWB Wellbeing.

From day one, Craig has been a fantastic supporter of YTP, and it’s always been clear just how passionate he is about helping people achieve their goals.

Whether it’s through comprehensive run coaching, highly recommended sports therapy and sports massage, or helping people transform their health through expert fat loss coaching and weight management support, Craig consistently goes above and beyond for the people he works with.

We’re incredibly proud to have RWB sponsoring our very first event and truly appreciate the support.

Just got back from my monthly, none negotiable sports massage with @rwb_massagetherapy and let me tell you that was needed!

Along with giving me my maintenance massage, I also mentioned how my migraines have been getting the better of me and the tension down my neck has been really irritating me! Craig was straight on it cupping the specific areas that were causing me pain!

Craig has also previously supported me with my nutrition @rwb_nutrition which was amazing! 🫶🏻

Anyone that’s in the Yorkshire area that wants to book in, you can use code RWBJB20 for 20% off your first treatment 😍😍

Great session this morning 🙌

Despite the legs feeling tired on account of being on my feet all day yesterday - thank you @rwb_massagetherapy 😜… everything felt nice and loose and I felt like I could just keep going 🏃 💨

And so draws to an end another enjoyable week of running and another 45 miles in the bag 💼

The first thing one must do when arriving in Paris … is to make sure RWB HQ is set up! ❤️

We have 7 athletes competing on Sunday and there’s NO WAY I won’t be interacting with them over the next couple of days!

And yes … that is a pot of sports massage wax because me, being the great friend that I am, will be tapping into my skills as @rwb_massagetherapy and giving my friends a little post-event massage!

Here’s where you will find the RWB crew this weekend …
