POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Most days don’t give us much space between one thing and the next.
A meeting ends, another message comes in. Something good happens, then your attention is pulled somewhere else. A difficult conversation ends, but your day keeps moving.

The moment happens.
The processing often gets pushed aside.
And sometimes it’s only later that you realize you never really had a chance to sit with what happened.

That’s why reflection doesn’t always need to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with giving yourself a little space to hear your own thoughts again.

When do you actually get time to hear yourself think?

You said goodbye 20 minutes ago. You're still standing there talking. 😂
Some of the best conversations seem to have three different endings.

And maybe that's worth noticing.

Not because every long goodbye means something deep.

Sometimes you simply enjoyed being there. You liked the conversation. You weren't quite ready for the moment to finish.

Connection can show up in tiny ways.
And when something is still on your mind afterward, you can always give it somewhere to go.

Talk to SOLACE.

Be honest: are you the person who leaves immediately or the person whose goodbye takes another 30 minutes?

Ever play the same song again… and realize you weren't actually listening the first time?

Sometimes the music is playing while your attention is completely somewhere else.

That's not something you have to overanalyze.

But it can be a useful little moment to notice:
What am I actually thinking about right now?

If there's a thought you want to give some space to, you can start exactly there.
No perfect explanation needed.

Talk to SOLACE.

Be honest music, TV, or work: which one do you accidentally stop paying attention to when your mind is somewhere else? 👀

The post gets the highlight. The group chat gets the director's cut. 😭
We spend a lot of time deciding what version of ourselves other people get to see.

Sometimes that's completely normal.

But every thought doesn't need a filter, a caption, or the perfect wording.
Sometimes you just need space to talk things through and hear what you're actually thinking.

That's where SOLACE can fit.
Who gets your unedited version: your best friend, your group chat, or nobody? 👀

Talk to SOLACE.

It went great… so why are we still doing the full debrief afterward? 😭
Sometimes you don't need somebody to tell you what to do.

You just need to talk things through long enough to hear what part of the conversation is still on your mind.
That's where SOLACE can fit.

No perfect opening line. No perfectly organized thought.
Just start where you are.

Do you debrief after a good conversation, or can you actually just move on? 👀

Talk to SOLACE.

Sometimes the hardest part of talking isn't what to say.
It's believing you need to know exactly what you're feeling before you begin.

You don't.
Maybe there's a decision sitting in the back of your mind.

A conversation you keep replaying.
Something happening at work.
An idea you haven't figured out yet.

Or maybe there's simply a lot in your head and you couldn't explain it perfectly if someone asked.

You can still talk.

Sometimes understanding doesn't come before the conversation.
Sometimes it happens during it.

If all you've got is:
“I don't really know where to start.”
That's still a start.

What has been taking up space in your mind lately?

Decision-making personalities, apparently 😅

A — Decide instantly, question it later.
B — Ask three people and get even more confused.
C — Make the pros-and-cons list.
D — Change your mind four more times.
E — Say both options out loud and hear which one actually sounds right.

Drop your letter below.

Sometimes you don’t need another opinion.

You already know what people are likely to say. You just need somewhere to get the thought out of your head and hear yourself say it.

That’s the idea behind Talk It Out.

Nothing great gets built alone. Behind every seamless moment on stage is a team that showed up early, stayed late, and handled every detail so the vision could shine.

Thank you, Barclay @iambarclay, for trusting Sheena Williams Media to help execute the vision for The World Is My Yard Job Readiness Summit, presented by Coca-Cola. It was an honor to bring this one to life with you.

And to this team, @ryalelarue @taycrenshaw thank you. This is what it looks like when the right people are in the room.
