13 days out for @ryan.atkin.75 now we are on 🤝 Posing session down @epjungle today to make a few tweaks with posing and the I walk we are almost there and we are looking pretty damn good 🙌🏻. 6 more days of dieting then it is on to peak week baby Ryan is very excited for this as he gets to eat a little more food 😆 but I am also very excited to do it with him let’s get it. August the 22nd we are coming 😮‍💨. #mensphysique #posing #bodybuilding #lean #diet

4 week posing and physique transformation with my brother @ryan.atkin.75 🙌🏻. Posing has levelled up a ton since starting 4 weeks ago he for sure is a quick learner when it comes to posing that’s for sure 👌🏼. We have been hammering this as much as possible these past 4 weeks making sure to get an in person session in once a week to make sure we can improve as much as we can 🤝. He’s gone from not even knowing what the men’s physique poses are to almost having a full I walk planned out for his first showing at the @ukdfba show on August 22nd m. He is 8 weeks out this Saturday and we are definitely on track. He just needs to make sure he is always tight on his abs and needs to make sure he isn’t flexing his chest in any of his shots 👌🏼. But we are well and truly in a good spot for 8 weeks out 🙌🏻. Also 3kg down in just over 4 weeks is top as one thing we don’t want on our feedback is that we could of been leaner. We want to make sure we are on point with the things we can control which is posing and being in the best shape possible. He’s still got a way to go with both of them but we will be there for sure in 8 weeks time. My bro was already on a diet and watched me compete last month and thought he could do the same if he could get in condition and learn his posing which we can have been doing since 13 weeks out 💪🏻. 22nd of August we are coming. Best physique possible and best posing possible 🫡😮‍💨 #bodybuilding #mensphysique #posing #transformation #diet

Show number 2/5 done of the season ✅ First planned show of the season bringing in more condition, refined posing and more fullness. 😎 Speechless what can I say honestly coming away with the gold 🥇 in an even higher standard junior class compared to my first showing and probs looking at a top 2 finish in the overall behind @cle_fitness_ who has an immense physique well deserved also bringing it back to manny 🙌🏻😁. I can confidently say the main goal of this season has been achieved 😮‍💨. We had a stressful day on the Saturday as we had problems with the air BnB making me miss out on my last 2 meals and having to throw in some other food last minute causing me to have a 2.5 pound weight drop the next day. But with the help of @joshcroggon_ we still made the physique look full on stage and give me my best look and physique yet! It has still not yet sunk in the fact that I have won my first ever show 🥇. Going from placing 6th in 2024 to now winning my show is mind blowing to me🤯. I remember thinking to myself whilst on holiday in turkey October 2024 after my comp in the gym and thinking to myself my physique is definitely better than a 6th place finish and from that day I’ve done everything I could do to do that and look where it’s got me 🥇. Hard work and dedication pays off 🎯. But. The jobs not done yet back to back peak weeks for the next 3 weeks 4 shows every week is going to be insane! Onto the universe we go! @pca_official Shots from my class and the overall looking awesome in the overall if I do say so myself 😁. As well as my pre overall Nando’s to fill me out even more 👌🏼 and can’t forget the Wagamama 10/10 🤤. Thanks again to @joshcroggon_ @qaisbutt_ for believing in me and making sure I am looking my best on stage 🙌🏻. #mensphysique #bodybuilding #prep #pca #natty
