1st BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION 🎉 Free Hot Cocoa + Mini Hot Fudge Sundaes.

Today is Tulip Café’s 1st birthday at Hollander Chocolate. In the last year, we’ve watched a dream come to life. What we never expected, though, was that the amazing community and team around us would become the real story.

Thank you to everyone who has let us become a part of your lives, joined our R&D tastings, celebrated birthdays with us, and brought your cool cars, friends, family, and cute kids. Thank you to the friendly faces that turned Tulip Café into a home.

So tomorrow, as a thank you, we’ll be pouring free Hot Cocoa and serving Mini Hot Fudge Sundaes to celebrate everyone who’s been along for the ride. Come say hi! 💛

We couldn’t let October go by without one more. 🤍

Sinta is back at Agency Cocktail Lounge next Tuesday for an extra seating of our 7-course Filipino tasting menu. Twelve seats around one communal table, with Chef Zach and Katrina serving each course themselves and sharing the family stories, travels, and traditions behind every plate.

Bring a friend, or come solo and leave with eleven new ones!

Come hungry. We’ll share our story one plate at a time.

💵 Tickets are on sale now! The total ticket price covers dinner in full.

🍸 Cocktails, wine & beer available at Agency’s bar, sold separately.

I recently had the opportunity to design an original drink for our first ever film photography event at @theorymountshasta
.
This drink centers an award winning Red Bourbon Colombia from Jhoan Vergara and @theorycoffeeroasters and is layered with two distinct components inspired by classic sci-fi and horror.

The Plasma-

Jhoan Vergara Red Bourbon Thermal Shock Natural Colombia x Hugo Tea Currant Tisane, cold steeped for 18 hours and milk clarified, with a tart cherry/ almond syrup and Biitercube Rootbeer Bitters

The Ether-

Jhoan Vergara Red Bourbon Thermal Shock Natural Colombia, Hugo Tea Currant Tisane, Califia Almond Milk, Brown Sugar, Black Cocoa, Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco Bitters

Been heavily inspired by the incomparable work of @discourse.coffee and @ryan.castelaz as of late, I just wanna make cool shit!🙂‍↕️ more to come🫶🏽

✨️GINWORLD IS COMING TO MILWAUKEE✨️

We’re honored to host The Gin Girl @thegingirl of The Gin Room St Louis @natashasginroom to Agency for a very special kick off to a week of gin! 🍸

We’re starting Sunday, October 18th at 2PM with THE MARTINI SPECTRUM, a two-hour seminar where Natasha will take just 20 guests through five major Martini families, with snacks from Sinta | Milwaukee Filipino Pop-Up & Tasting Dinners.
Link for Tickets in Bio

Then, at 6PM, we’re celebrating gin in a big way.

GIN DINNER WITH THE MASTERS is an intimate five-course dinner lead by Natasha, Lee Fisher of Hayman’s, and Philip Khanderdish of Bluecoat, & Demetri of Moletto Tomato Gin exploring five beautiful gins.

The Agency team is creating five cocktails to showcase each spirit with Ryan Castelaz leading the room through the ideas behind each pairing. While Chef Zach Panoske of Sinta developes the dishes to really show them off. Stepping outside of his usual repertoire for what we know is going to be a pretty incredible dinner.

We’re so excited to share what we’ve been dreaming of for a while now and can’t wait to have Natasha back in Milwaukee Dubbel Dutch.

If you love gin, October 18th is the day for you.
