Big day of cardio tmr BIB #1676  I love this sport and the people in it. To anyone who came up to me these past couple days and said you’ve been following this whole journey I appreciate you more than you know. All love. 
Tomorrow we rip IRONMAN number 4. 
So grateful for everything and everyone this sport has brought into my life. Every single Ironman I’ve ever trained for has tested me in so many ways. If there’s one thing doing all this stuff has taught me it’s “bend. Not break”. Life is hard, so you may as well do hard things in spite and have an absolute blast while doing so, that way life’s true (hardships) seem a little less hard when they do happen plus why not build some lore while you’re at it.

It’s not that deep.  See you all tomorrow.

While we’ve been a little quieter on social media lately, the Hummingbird Elite Team has been making noise all over the globe. 🌏

Here’s a quick recap into the early 2026 season so far, with @ironmantri titles, world championship qualifiers and multiple podium positions, it’s shaping up to be a great year for both returning and new Hummingbird athletes!
