Excellent crew for ADCC prep today! We got lots of competition rounds and found things we did well and that were improving. We’re getting a larger crowd more consistently and we love it. We’ve got four schools participating and we’re grateful for it. Everyone is welcome.
.
Next Sunday training will be at @10psaltlakecity as Team Sierra will be in Phoenix for the ADCC Open.
