A year ago, stepping onto the box was a struggle. Now Rosie’s doing it with weights. 💪

That’s progress you can feel. Movements getting easier, weights gradually increasing, and those little moments of “I couldn’t do this before.”

For Rosie, it’s not about keeping up with anyone else. It’s about supportive coaches who know when to challenge her, a welcoming community, and getting stronger at her own pace.

Her advice if you’re nervous about starting? “Don’t be scared. Don’t put pressure on yourself.”

You don’t have to arrive feeling confident. That’s something you can build here. ❤️

POWERTUFF GANG 💪🔥

Week 1 was all about getting those 3 compound lifts in — dumbbell bench press, barbell deadlift and barbell back squat. And man, these guys have learned SO much already! 🏋🏻‍♀️

Now we’re into Week 3, and I can’t wait to see the PowerTuff Gang hit their benchmarks soon! 👀🔥

But it’s not just about lifting heavier. It’s about learning how to fuel their bodies with enough protein, understanding nutrition, and building confidence in lifting with proper technique.

That’s what I love about this challenge. It’s not just about the numbers or the results at the end. It’s about giving them extra education, building better habits, and equipping them with knowledge they can take beyond these 45 days. 💯

Stronger lifts. Better fuel. More knowledge.

POWERTUFF GANG, WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED! ⚡️💪

Excuses? Kicked. Officially.
No tough love needed. 45 minutes with this lot is just the best bit of most people’s week.
Come see for yourself.

“If you’re not changing, you’re choosing.”

For Lily, that message was the push she needed. After months of feeling sluggish and stuck in the same work-to-home routine, she chose to make a change—and joined our Kickstarter Program.
Three months later, she feels stronger, more energised and more confident. 💪

Lily’s journey is proof that you don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to take the first step.
