Last part of the "Don't come back weak" tour!
Finishing with what has become one of my favourite exercises to work on, and I might have sneaked in a PB in there actually 🥰.

Gym was just part of the game though! Lots and lots of walking and hikes.

I did enjoy it all, but still tried to make the best choices to fuel and nourish. And if you know me, you know I like wine... like I really do! 🍷

Back to the routine soon. Excited to keep working, getting stronger, hopefully leaner (the hardest bit!), and above all, just enjoying it. 🥰💪🏾✨

Great leg session today courtesy of @the_problem_u90. Man knows how to push people past what they think they can do. Wanted 20, but 17 is still very good. Big shout out to the spotters as well Tish and Dave. Thank you guys

I haven’t had many people in my life who have had a truly significant influence on me, but the ones who have, have changed my life in ways I’ll never be able to fully explain.

Ryan has been my mentor, my friend, my support system and, without a doubt, the biggest influence on me to date.

He’s done more for me than he will probably ever realise. He’s the kind of person who constantly goes above and beyond for others, gives his time, offers his support and helps people in more ways than they’ll ever know. Yet I don’t think he gets nearly enough credit for the impact he has on the people around him.

People like Ryan are rare. The ones who show up, who genuinely care, who give without expecting anything in return and who make a difference in your life without even realising the extent of it.

He’s someone I will never take for granted, and I’ll always be grateful for everything he’s done for me.

If there’s one thing I want people to take from this today, it’s this don’t take the people around you for granted.

Tell people what they mean to you. Appreciate the ones who stand by you, support you and help you become a better version of yourself.

Because sometimes, one person can have a bigger impact on your life than they will ever know. ❤️

Teaching Costas the skill of log press in small group this morning!

Check out the difference between first & last rep!

If your strength doesn’t translate to real life , get off the machines and come learn how to move in space 🤘🏼

Great first deadlift session with @simpsonjn this morning in small group.

Walked in already strong and healthy which is a bonus!
We played with his technique just a little bit and were able to add 5KG on-top of his deadlift PB (220) which he hasn’t hit in over 6 years!

Bravo Jack!
