Meet Ryan Sandberg, owner of MVM Academy. Ryan is a Jiu-Jitsu black belt and one of the coaches at MVM Academy, where they also offer Muay Thai and Wrestling. He’s been coming to Siaotea since we opened, and apparently choosing just one favorite is impossible 😂 Some of his go-to orders are the Mango Smoothie, Taro Smoothie, Iced Latte, and of course, our cookies. 🍪 Just one of the many local faces we’re always happy to see at Siaotea. #Camrose #MVMMAcademy #Siaotea #SupportLocal

I moved away from Ontario to live in a small town in Alberta last year not knowing I’d meet so many people I’d consider family. Although my stay wasn’t long, I’m blessed to have met everyone in my short stay here. Thank you for making me feel welcome and treating me like family from day one. I’m grateful for the impact you’ve made in my life and helping a kid chase the dream. Thank you for accepting me into your team, I’m blessed to know I’ll always have a family out west @mvmacademy @ryan_sandbergbjj Love y’all fr. I’ll be back!

How can we be brave, if we are not first afraid? Often fear or anxiety is telling us that something is meaningful or important to us. If you want to achieve something but you are afraid of what might happen if you try, shoot your shot. There is no courage without fear.
