British ‘26🥈🥈

4 clean routines, a gorgeous leotard & core memories made this weekend. To have got back on the competition floor, enjoyed it & walked away feeling proud feels like the biggest win for me after having to navigate so many challenges within the sport this year. Feeling so blessed to have had such an amazing support system around me this weekend from coaches to friends to family - yous are the best🫂 The main goal was to show up for myself & I did exactly that 🤍

A very special weekend🥹❤️‍🩹

BRITISH CHAMPS 26

I’m baaaackkkkk 👀🤩
After experiencing one of the best summers of my life on the @takethat circus tour, I returned to the competition floor this weekend. The tour reminded me of how much I love my sport and how much throwing in the towel wasn’t an option. There was a lot of pressure surrounding this competition & a lot at stake and I’d like to think I did little me very proud no matter what happens🫂 a lot of battles were fought inside and outside the sport but I’m grateful for every single one.

Thank you to all my @liverpooltga family & thank you to all my soulmates in this post love you for life. The journey isn’t over yet baby. Roll on germany in a couple of weeks x

🇵🇹 What a weekend for Team Altius at the Coimbra World Cup! 💙

A huge congratulations to all of our athletes who represented Altius Gymnastics on the international stage this weekend. Competing against some of the very best athletes in the world is never easy, but every single gymnast represented the team with professionalism, determination and pride.

These opportunities are the result of countless hours of hard work, early mornings and dedication and we’re incredibly proud of everything our athletes achieved out in Portugal.

A special thank you also goes to @dragonflyleotards soring our competition kit. The athletes looked fantastic throughout the weekend and we’re incredibly grateful for your support in helping Team Altius compete on the world stage. 💙

We’re excited to see what the rest of the season has in store.

Simul Fortior. 💙

🇵🇹 Best of luck to all of our Altius Gymnastics athletes competing in Portugal this weekend! 💙

Months of hard work, dedication and preparation have all led to this moment and we couldn’t be prouder of every athlete representing Team Altius on the international stage.

Go out there, enjoy the experience, trust your training and give it everything you’ve got. No matter the result, you’ve already earned your place by working tirelessly to get there.

We’re all behind you and can’t wait to see what you achieve. Bring home some amazing memories and hopefully a few medals too! 🏅🔥

Good luck, Team Altius! 💙
