Don’t let this be you when you travel 👇🇭🇰 Ever need better hydration to fuel your day and feel it’s almost impossible abroad? Every 7-Eleven fridge was the same lineup of sugary sports drinks, sweetened teas and labels we couldn’t read. And that’s the problem with traveling somewhere new: you’re supposed to be out enjoying it, but you end up grabbing whatever’s on the shelf, hoping it isn’t loaded with sugar, and still feeling drained by mid-afternoon. So we made a formula that actually travels with you. It’s built for your daily routine, not packed with fancy ingredients that just sound good on a label (or lack there of): 🏔️ 1,830mg Electrolytes from Coconut Water & Pink Himalayan Salt to keep up with heat, humidity and miles of walking 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 for daily immune support on the go 🇰🇷 Setria® Glutathione, the “master antioxidant” Korea’s beauty culture runs on 🇮🇳 Shoden® Ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic adaptogen to help you stay calm and balanced 🇿🇦 Kanna, a South African botanical used for centuries to support a positive mood 🍵 L-Theanine for calm focus when your schedule is packed 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar That’s the cheat code: the sticks fit in your pocket, a week’s worth takes up zero luggage space, and the only thing you need to buy abroad is a bottle of water. No guessing at the shelf, so you can just enjoy the trip 🌴 . . TRVL . Hydration . Electrolytes . Traveling . Hong Kong . Hong Kong Travel . Travel Hacks . Packing Tips . Carry On Essentials . Anyone else tried “Friend of Drinker” in Thailand? 👀💊🇹🇭 You’ll find these little capsule packs at 7-Eleven counters all over Thailand, and locals and travelers swear by them for the morning after a big night out. But some travel days call for more, and that’s where stacking comes in. For the rougher mornings, high-altitude trips or queasy travel days, we keep TRVL as the foundation and pair it with the local remedy made for that exact moment, like Friend of Drinker in Thailand. Here’s what TRVL brings to every stack: 🏔️ 1,830mg Electrolytes from Coconut Water & Pink Himalayan Salt to rehydrate after long days and late nights 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 for daily immune support on the go 🇰🇷 Setria® Glutathione, the “master antioxidant” Korea’s beauty culture runs on 🇮🇳 Shoden® Ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic adaptogen to help you stay calm and balanced 🇿🇦 Kanna, a South African botanical used for centuries to support a positive mood 🍵 L-Theanine for calm, clear focus on slow mornings 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar TRVL for every day, the local remedy for the days that need extra. We flew around the world looking for the best hydration formula… and honestly, we couldn’t find one 🌎🇺🇸 7-Elevens in Korea, pharmacies in Hong Kong, and now the shelves back home in Miami. Same story everywhere: hangover remedies, underdosed electrolytes, and “zero sugar” drinks that are secretly loaded with it. How to hike Hong Kong’s peaks in the humidity 🇭🇰 (Save this before your trip) We hiked three of them in September: Victoria Peak, Braemar Hill and Lion Rock. The views are unreal, but the humidity makes every staircase feel twice as steep. 1. Pick your peak. Victoria Peak is the easy win, Braemar Hill is short but steep, and Lion Rock (495m) is the real one 2. Go early or go golden. Skip 11am to 3pm, because most trails have little shade 3. Pack light: a big water bottle, a handheld fan, bug spray and a phone light for sunset descents 4. Lion Rock’s last stretch is straight up: steep stairs, then a rocky scramble. Use your hands, take it slow 5. Water alone won’t get you up. You’re sweating out sodium + potassium the whole way We kept TRVL sticks in our pockets, so there was no backpack and no extra bottles to carry. 💧 1,830mg full electrolyte stack 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 + Setria® Glutathione 🌿 Shoden® Ashwagandha + L-Theanine + Kanna 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar . . Missing Thailand? Make the 7-Eleven drink combos at home 🇹🇭🧊 Save this for later If you’ve been, you know the ritual: grab a cup of ice at the counter, pick two drinks from the fridge, pour, mix, walk back out into the heat. It’s one of the things we miss most. So we rebuilt our four favorite combos with one @drinktrvl Limoncello stick and stuff you can grab at any grocery store, all zero sugar from the stick. 1. Lychee Sprite Fizz: Limoncello + Sprite Zero + lychees + ice 2. Blueberry Lemon Soda: Limoncello + sparkling water + blueberries + lemon 3. Coconut Refresher: Limoncello + coconut water + Sprite Zero + lime 4. Pink Lemon Soda: Limoncello + sparkling water + hibiscus tea + lemon Never been to Thailand? This is the closest you’ll get without a passport. 💧 1,830mg full electrolyte stack 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 + Setria® Glutathione 🌿 Shoden® Ashwagandha + L-Theanine + Kanna 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar TRVL . Phuket’s viral hydration hack, but UPGRADED...👇🇹🇭 Here’s the honest breakdown: a lot of it is smart. C-vitt brings serious vitamin C, coconut water brings real potassium, and the jelly brings glutathione. Thailand knows what it’s doing. But here’s what the videos don’t show you: 🛒 5 separate products from 5 different shelves 🍊 5 flavors fighting each other in one cup 🍬 ~19g of sugar from the coconut water and C-vitt alone, before you add two glucose-based packets ⏳ The time spent hunting the aisles, hoping it all comes together The trend is fun to post. Making it every morning is a different story. TRVL wasn’t built from one playbook. We pulled from all over the map: 🇯🇵 Setria® Glutathione, the same antioxidant from the jelly, in every stick 🇮🇳 Shoden® Ashwagandha, India’s most famous adaptogen 🍵 L-Theanine, the calm in a cup of green tea 🇿🇦 Kanna, a South African botanical 🏔️ Pink Himalayan salt for real sodium + chloride 🌴 Coconut water powder, so the tropical base comes with you Same idea as the hack, minus the aisle run, the guesswork and the sugar. Early flights, humid island days, late dinners in Patong: life in motion needs more than simple electrolytes. 💧 1,830mg full electrolyte stack 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 + Setria® Glutathione 🌿 Shoden® Ashwagandha + L-Theanine + Kanna 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar . . The Start of Something New at TRVL (Please Read)👇🐘 🐘 Phuket Elephant Care — no riding, no tricks, no performing. We fed them, they bathed, we left. That was the whole visit 💚 10% of all proceeds from this video, or any video featuring these elephants, goes straight to the sanctuary 🛒 Website or TikTok Shop — both count, same pledge 📆 Tallied at the end of every month and sent, every month 📈 If the orders show up, that number goes up from 10% 🌍 And Thailand is just the first one This is how we’re running it from here out. Every country we film in, we find a cause that’s actually doing the work on the ground, and the content we make there pays into it. Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, and wherever the next trip lands. Not a campaign, not a one-month thing, the way the brand wants to move as we explore different cultures. Because a travel brand that takes from every place it visits and gives nothing back isn’t a travel brand. It’s a tourist. And it’s still the same stick you’d buy anyway: Good product, good causes, zero sugar 🌴 TRVL . Hydration . Electrolytes . Traveling . Thailand . Phuket . Elephant Sanctuary . Ethical Tourism . The easiest way to stay hydrated in the airport? Don’t buy ANYTHING in the airport 💸✈️ Walk through any terminal and here’s what the kiosks are charging for your “basic travel wellness stack” 👇 🥤 Bottle of water → $5 ⚡ Electrolyte packet (sugar-loaded) → $5 🍊 Emergen-C style immunity packet → $5 🌿 Stress/cortisol relief shot → $5 That’s $20+ dropped before you’ve even reached your gate, wasted on half-finished products that still don’t give your body everything it needs 🤡 Here’s the fix 👇 Fill your bottle at any water fountain. Drop in the TRVL. Done. Zero kiosk markup. Full hydration, immune support, AND stress relief in ONE pouch, not four. So instead of overpaying for 4 overpriced half-fixes at every terminal; we put it all into ONE stick that fits in your passport sleeve 🤝 TRVL wasn’t built from one playbook. It was built from the rituals of the places we travel: 🇰🇷 Setria® Glutathione, the “master antioxidant” Korea’s beauty culture runs on 🇮🇳 Shoden® Ashwagandha, rooted in centuries of Ayurvedic tradition 🇿🇦 Kanna, a South African botanical for staying calm and balanced 🍵 L-Theanine, the calm focus found in East Asian tea culture 🏔️ Pink Himalayan salt + coconut water for 1830mg of real electrolytes 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 + Setria® Glutathione 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar TRVL . Your last morning in a new country (in our case, Phuket), we walked the airport fridge and asked the real question: what actually works when you’re sitting in a dry cabin for 14 hours? 1. Plain water: needed, but it doesn’t replace the sodium + potassium you lose 2. Sports drinks: built for sweating, not sitting, so you don’t need the sugar 3. Coconut water: great potassium, low on sodium and everything else 4. (not featured) Tea + coffee: fine early, but time the caffeine and pair it with water So we pack one thing that covers all four. A week of TRVL sticks fits in a crossbody, and one stick has 14 ingredients. 💧 1,830mg full electrolyte stack 🍊 Vitamin C + D3/K2 + Setria® Glutathione 🌿 Shoden® Ashwagandha + L-Theanine + Kanna 🍹 Tastes like Vacation w/ Zero Sugar . . Oolong Tea + Limoncello 🫖 🍋 If you’ve been to Hong Kong, you’ve seen lemon tea everywhere, from the classic VLT cartons in every 7-Eleven to the cha chaan teng iced lemon teas. Back home, it’s the Snapple lemon tea in every deli fridge. Tea + lemon is a combo the whole world already loves. The oolong brings that smooth, slightly toasty tea flavor, with natural antioxidants and zero sugar. The Limoncello brings the bright, heavy Amalfi Coast lemon. Together it tastes like a premium lemon iced tea, but without the sugar most bottled lemon teas are loaded with. And that’s the point of TRVL Stacks: you don’t have to mix TRVL with just water. Pairing it with the right base adds new flavors and benefits on top of the formula, instead of doubling up on what’s already in the stick. TRVL wasn’t built from one playbook, so your glass doesn’t have to be either: 💧 Water, the classic all-day drink 🥥 Coconut water, for an extra tropical twist 🍵 Unsweetened iced oolong, for a zero-sugar lemon iced tea upgrade 🧊 Sparkling water, for a fizzy, mocktail-style pour Don’t be afraid to switch it up. Whatever you pour it into, at home or halfway around the world, you’re getting more than simple electrolytes 🌴 TRVL . Hydration . Electrolytes . Traveling . TRVL Stacks . Oolong Tea . Lemon Tea .
