So proud of Victor & Emily for officially becoming homeowners! 🤩🎉

We closed early, secured $4K in seller credits, and got everything wrapped up before the new month, helping them save money and start this next chapter stress free.

I’ve known these two since middle school, so seeing them move into their first home before baby’s arrival 👶🏻 and just in time for Emily’s birthday makes this one extra special 💕

A huge thank you to my amazing mentor, Bailey, for sharing his guidance and support! 🌟

Also couldn’t have done it without our amazing lender, Ryan, for making the process so smooth from start to finish! 🌟

Another epic event in the books! Thanks to everyone that came out to the OC Startups & Growth Fall Party last week in Irvine. Since the inception of this community almost a couple years ago, the mission has been to educate, connect, and uplift entrepreneurs in the area through great experiences. As always, I’m so grateful for all the new faces that showed up and all the familiar ones who have continued to support. We’ve come a long way, lots has happened, and there are many more memories to be created in the future! ⭐️❤️✌️🚀

If you want to become more influential in your life, become more persuasive. Alex Hormozi says that 3 Robert Cialdini books have helped him become the successful businessperson he is today. Cialdini’s 6 principles of persuasion are not just helpful for people who want to become “influencers”. Use these principles in sales, management, and conversation, and see what happens.

What are some examples of persuasion and influence that you see in person and on social media? What should people STOP doing if they want to become more influential? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments 👇
