Life of a celebrity trainer is definitely fun, it’s hard work, dedication, faith and a lot of people thing you got it like that!

The truth is to be to that level it’s a whole lot of work, sacrifices, and again….FAITH.
In you and in your job/capacity.
But it’s absolutely rewarding 💪🏽🙏🏽🧿
See your clients evolve and become their best self, but also creating a bound and becoming friends… I love this life of mine!

40 & FLOURISHING 🌺✨🇲🇽
Flew’d out to Mexico for the BIG 4-0 and I lived EVERY moment of it. Yacht life on the ocean 🌊, poolside tans ☀️, all-inclusive eats, and the most spoiled night ever with an out-of-this-world surf & turf dinner 🦞🥩. PURE LOVE was shown & showed OUT. 💕
This birthday wasn’t just a trip, it was a whole testimony. Of life, of love, of family, of friends, and of wisdom that only comes with age. 🙏🏾
If my 30s were about building, my 40s are about BLOOMING. 🌸 Here’s to more laughter, deeper love, greater blessings, and never taking this wild, beautiful ride for granted.
BIG 4-0 ➝ BIG, BOLD & BLESSED. 💃🏾🎉

✨ Marriage Retreat 2025 ✨
This past weekend in Malibu reminded me of Jesus’ parable of the farmer sowing seed (Matthew 13). The seed falls best on good soil, and by God’s grace, He has been tending the soil of our hearts so beautifully. Just one week later, we’re already seeing fruit begin to grow. 🍇

It was a blessing to sit under such rich teaching, surrounded by God-fearing marriages and the body of Christ. A beautiful experience, with beautiful people, and an even greater God. Truly, God is good. 🙏🏽💍

P.C. Shockwaves Invitational…..watching my son compete in just his second track meet ever was incredible. In every race and heat, he held his own, finishing 3rd or 4th out of 7 with a solid time. But the real win? Watching him cross that finish line with heart and hustle. You did it, son! Soak in that feeling… we’ll talk about winning later. What matters now is your belief—your whole family already believes in you and is proud beyond words.

I love track and field because it tests your mental fortitude and ability to perform under pressure—even at a young age. Don’t shrink. Stand tall, shine bright, and run your race… literally. #evolve
