DAYUM Courage looks good on you. 🤍

✨Still feeling inspired by my time in Vegas watching some of the most incredible artists from my community and across the U.S. and Canada compete at Milbon USA DA-LINK.

Watching my clients show up, be bold, take risks, step outside their comfort zones, and push themselves creatively was truly something special. It takes courage to put your work, your creativity, and a piece of yourself on display to be judged. But showing up, committing to your craft, and being willing to grow is an achievement in itself.

Behind every artist is countless hours of dedication, passion, and heart. Hairstylists pour so much of themselves into their craft, their clients, and the artistry they create behind the chair. Getting to witness that firsthand reminded me just how much talent and passion exists within our industry.

I’m incredibly grateful to support these artists, to have their trust, and to partner with brands that create opportunities for our community to learn, grow, connect, and push boundaries.

A huge thank you to our Milbon USA team for bringing this experience to life, and to the Milbon global support teams and leadership for believing in the power of opportunities like this. These are the moments that remind us why community, education, and artistry matter so much.

We need more moments like this. More opportunities to take risks, celebrate creativity, and remind artists just how capable they are when they step outside their comfort zones.

So proud to be part of this incredible team and community. My heart is full. 🤍

I love Milbon & I love my clients!

In my high maintenance to be low maintenance era. 💅 ✨

A big hesitancy many people express about extensions is the maintenance… and y’all, I’m here to tell you… it’s really not that big of a deal! Especially if you’re already in the salon every 4-6 weeks. I mean, if you know me… you know I find GRATITUDE & JOY in GETTING to go to the salon; I don’t say I “HAVE” to go to the salons 🙅‍♀️ because it really is such a luxury.

But as a busy ass business owner who does it all myself… like trust me…. I get it… time is valuable & limited!! We are ALL busy & adding one more thing and more time to your weeks can feel stressful. 😮‍💨 But it doesn’t add much more time and the time that ONE appointment takes is WAY less than the time it takes you everyday to fuss over your hair not cooperating.

If you’ve been considering extensions, reach out to @divinebeautybar.az she’ll answer any and all questions you may have and she’ll ensure that you LOOK FORWARD to every appointment and enjoy the process. 🥰💜 it’s truly one of the best decisions I ever made & I’m so grateful for Ryan and Shay for how beautiful, confident and low maintenance that every day feels for me now.

If you cant grow it… just fuckin buy it 👏🏻😏

If you’re a frequent viewer of my stories, you recognize this guy!! 😄 But, I want to do a better job of highlighting my clients (both in-person & online) on not JUST stories, but on full POSTS too. So be prepared as I have so many amazing clients to highlight and share with all of you! 😍

So to lead us off… I wanted to start with @ryanmckinley

Because anyone who comes into the gym knows he stays working his azz offffffff at 5 AM every morning. And ALSO anyone who’s been with him since day one of his journey has witnessed a seriously insane transformation! 🤯

Has it required perfection? No!
Has it required discipline, hard work, consistency & patience? That would be a YES!

I can’t say enough how proud I am of him & how grateful I am to have his positive & upbeat energy each morning at 5 AM. I’m truly honored to get to do what I do for a living and clients like him make it extra special and rewarding. 🥹🙌🏻

He has made such phenomenal progress in such little time and we are only getting started!! I can’t wait to see what the next 6 months & beyond has in store for him & I’ll be sure to bring you all along so you can give him the hype and props he deserves! Be sure to leave him some freakin’ love in the comments 💬

Dreams are answered … but sometimes it takes time…my whole life I wished for people like this in my life. And one day, I woke up and the plan began to unfolded…. And each year more gems get added to our circle. My heart is so full. Truly I can’t express how these humans contribute to my life. Each year we celebrate the cancerians of our crew. Not only am I blessed my hubby @stevehruby gets to be celebrated but the bestie I can’t imagine life without !
