It’s strange, isn’t it?

We’re taught to read, write, solve equations, even play volleyball and run track, but no teacher ever said, “Hey, here’s how to breathe in a way that will change your life.”

How about you?

Why isn’t this foundational skill taught in schools?

Imagine if, alongside math and history, kids learned:
+ How to use their breath to calm anxiety before a big test.
+ Where their tongue should be in their mouth.
+ How to reset their energy levels with a few deep, intentional inhales and exhales.
+ How to connect with themselves when emotions feel overwhelming.
