There’s something so beautiful about watching the women around you build their dreams. 🥹💗✨

Spent my Sunday celebrating my beautiful friend @ryantilleyy and everything she’s creating with @thread.and.tone ! 🧦🎀

Not only is she one of the sweetest humans you’ll ever meet, but she’s also an incredible Pilates instructor, entrepreneur, and a hardworking woman balancing it all with a full-time career!

What makes it even more special is that she’s celebrated me and my journey every step of the way, and I’m so grateful to be able to do the same for her. 🥹💕

There’s truly nothing like being surrounded by ambitious, inspiring women who genuinely want to see one another WIN!

Here’s to more growth, more beautiful events, showing up for each other’s dreams, and hopefully one day creating something magical together! 🥂✨

I love you so much, Ryan, and I’m SO incredibly proud of you! Keep growing, keep shining, and keep THRIVING, baby! You deserve every bit of what’s coming your way! 💗🫶🏼

❤️ My heart feels so full and healthy.
Exercise, optimal nutrition and fresh air are necessary stones on the road to wellness, yet nothing nourishes the heart more than love.

And it feels particularly poignant that we spent time in Armstrong Woods amongst the Redwoods. The Redwoods whose root system support is strengthened as they endure the wrath and challenges of Mother Nature, caring for one another, together.

One of most awesome, unexpected joys in my life, @portiamaggie.722 moving back down to San Diego! It is fun to come home from work and talk, walk, make dinner, share our adulting woes together. I am so proud of you, Portia P!
