SESH Recovery, powered by Altha Align, brings intentional recovery into your movement routine.

Each small group session is shaped by who’s in the room. Through breathwork, fascial release, and long hold stretches, we create space to notice your patterns and understand how different areas of your body work together.

Where you feel tension matters. How you move, breathe, and carry yourself matters too.

SESH is a fitness boutique, and recovery is part of a well rounded approach to training. These classes offer guided movement and body awareness, with room to slow down and support the work you put into your workouts.

Join us Tuesdays at 6pm & Sundays at 12 pm. taken in Pacific Beach - San Diego, CA by @theseshstudio
