happy birthday rye!

coach🌱 routesetter🪨 manager👥 dj🪩

He’s been with Volta from the start, helping shape our community with his uncanny ability to welcome everyone, consistent encouragement, and unwavering patience. The eye of the storm, Rye’s grounded + supportive nature sets him apart as an amazing coach, mentor, coworker, and friend. He often flies under the radar as one of Volta’s creative powerhouses from setting to helping design some of Volta’s sickest merch to getting people moving on the dance floor as dj breadboy. A wizard indeed!

We are grateful to know him 🧡

It’s Volta’s 3rd Birthday! 🥳

From a dream, to the group that workshopped early ideas, to the amazing crew that built the building, and EP that built the walls, to the dedicated setters, the incredible staff, the dynamic and brilliant management and creators, to each and every one of you that has supported the mission, participated, grown independently and together, and infused this place with life and laughter — it quite literally would not be possible without you.

We love you, community! 🧡 Thank you for being you, and for bringing you to Volta.

Happy Earthday 🌎🌏🌍 and birthday!

Love, Jesse and Ann

Setting crew filled out the bouldering area today! 🍬🍭 Lots of new stuff in every section, with a special sprinkle of V0’s

(Open Class Finals boulders are still up if you’ve been working on them or want to give them a try 🧙🏽‍♂️🔮)

The #voltaplasticfantastic Day Comp. set was so ephemeral 🥲 Our big photo album is ready on our website if you want to reminisce! 🧡📸
