For those of you who don’t know me yet, hi! I’m Rylee, the face behind Root & Rise Café! 🤎 I wanted to share a little more about myself, some of my favorite things, and the story behind why I started Root & Rise. A few of my favorite things are my two pups, Phoenix Stone and Arlo James, who are the cute faces you see on my logo and throughout my posts! 🐾 I also love spending time with my fiancé, Mason, exploring new places, hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors. 🌿 My faith is a big part of who I am and the foundation behind so much of what I do. I’ve always loved cooking and baking for others, and after my own experiences struggling to feel safe eating out, along with studying natural health, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful. My goal was to combine my love for food with what I learned about nourishing our bodies by creating a 100% gluten-free café focused on whole foods and clean ingredients. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey is hearing how thankful people are to finally have a place where they can feel safe and enjoy good food without the worry. That’s what Root & Rise Café means to me — creating a welcoming space where people can feel good from the inside out. ☀️🤎 Thank you to everyone who has supported this little dream of mine! 🌿
