I am blessed to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic journey to play Division 1 softball at Weber State University!

I would first like to thank my family for their unwavering support, the sacrifices made, and the time invested to help me reach my goals. To my sister Grace, thank you for never complaining about spending your birthday at the ball park, spending our summers traveling all across the country, and for always being my biggest supporter. Thank you Dad for being the best chauffeur, finding all the amazing food places on tik tok, and making the trips memorable. A special thanks to my mom for taking me to the gym in the mornings and then driving me to my lessons late at night. Thank you for always pushing me to be the best version of myself in the classroom and as a person. I love you all.

I would also like to thank all of my coaches and teammates throughout this journey, I could not have done it without you. Thank you Rylee Pierce, Kelcey Carrasco, Mike Wallace, Jamie Duke, Anthony Garza, Art Gasca, Stephanie Correia, Dave Gutierrez, Chris Hannah, Kyle Mark, and I-5 softball. Special thanks to Adam Hernandez and Bryan Tejada for all the morning workouts before school preparing me to succeed as a college athlete.

Lastly I would like to thank Coach Delahoussay, Coach Lo, Coach Addie, and Coach John for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to live my dream.

I’m excited for my next chapter at Weber State and to call it home for the next four years. See you in two, go wildcats!!💜

It may be January of 2025, but I’m still thinking of December 2024. My favorite month of the year, for obvious reasons. Yes I cried all month long because how the hell did I get so lucky with such beautiful people in my life? & My best friend planning a surprise mariachi with my brothers was the cherry on top! Se me llenan los ojos de lágrimas por agradecimiento a Dios por esta vida tan bonita que vivo🥹✨🤍

Friday night myself and three others were inducted into the El Diamante High School Hall of Fame. I feel so honored to be the first graduate, as well as student athlete, inducted alongside these three other amazing people. It felt so good to come back to Visalia and see so many familiar faces I haven’t seen in years. 💚

Thank you to my family, partner and friends who were able to come support on this amazing night. Thank you to all the teachers and staff who helped me through my four years at El Diamante. Every extra effort put forward to help me succeed through my four years of high school and leading into my college career did not go unnoticed. I will cherish the memories I have of walking through campus and creating such lifelong relationships. I will always appreciate the resources El Diamante High School provided for their student athletes by preparing us both mentally and physically before graduation. 💚

A special thank you to Ryster for presenting such special honor and keeping it a secret until that night. Your way with words hit a soft spot and that moment will forever be a core memory for me. 💚

Go Miners! 💚

So last night, I was inducted into the El Diamante Hall of Fame. So very honored and humbled to even be thought of. Congratulations to the other inductees, who truly earned it, whereas I just talked my way in announcing. The night was made even more special as I was surprised that my son Ross presented me the award. All of my family was there to support and show love, and it was truly felt! It was also such an honor to be inducted with @sierrahyland and get a picture with her and @ryleepierce her presenter. Both those ladies are phenomenal athletes and even better people! That is truly what athletics should teach how to be a wonderful human being and those two, as do my son and daughters, exemplify that. MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT
