POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Since 2023 we’ve been running in circles… and I still get excited to see everyone every Sunday.

If you’d like to join and see what it’s all about it’s a simple as:

1. Turn up - every Sunday (be at the track 6:55am) - this is the hardest part… you execute here, the rest is all reward

2. Walk, jog, run … choose your own adventure

And it’s free… no hidden agenda…

Why? Because everyone in our community should have access to programs that bring people together in a supportive environment to improve all aspects of health.

Tag your friends and family you’d like to join the crew… see you all next Sunday ❤️‍🔥

“For me, 444 is about women being able to head out for a run and feel safe, supported and free to enjoy it.

As men, we have a responsibility to think about how our behaviour and presence can make someone feel. That means listening, respecting their space and speaking up when something isn’t right. Calling out behaviour that falls short of those standards.

As a father of two boys, I want that respect to be second nature to them from the start. I want to raise young men who show consideration, respect women and do the right thing without needing recognition.

Chivalry isn’t dead—it’s in the everyday actions that show we care. What 444 stands for carries beyond running and into how we live.

When I wear it, I want my actions to back up its message: you’re not alone”

Hounslow Classic Marathon
2026 Race Recap

Some races are about time and some races are about having fun and enjoying your surroundings.

So good to be back racing trail and in the Blue Mountains. With my @thegoatfarm22 team, @ryrytomkins and with my family supporting me.

Pivoted from the 17km to the marathon the day before the race and stoked I did. This race had over 2500m elevation gain. It’s spectacular. And it’s brutal. And I will be back next year.

Thanks @hounslow_classic and @singletrack_events for putting on a great race with such supportive volunteers.

43.7km // 2,500m+ elevation gain
5hr 54 mins
21st overall

Looking back through my camera roll feels nostalgic even though we were living those memories just last week.

Eight weeks together, crossing paths with so many people we love.

Watching our boys grow and love each other more each and every day.

Date days just Drew and I doing all the things we love and getting to have uninterrupted conversations.

So many sunrises and sunsets.

The dogs. Monkeys. Wasps. Bees. Toads. Crabs. Mosquitos.

I have a whole separate favourites folder of Soli’s antics, I will have to share one day.

Trip of a lifetime with my favourite people on earth 💛

I run because I love it. I race because it’s fun. This is my why.

Soli has been living his absolute best Island Life 🌴 He has become a nudist, caught hermit crabs, “snorkeled” his little heart out, made lots of friends and would be making his Nanny Sue proud by living off 80% coconuts 🥥 🤎
