We are beyond excited to welcome the South West Pistol League as a partner for the Sabot Foundation Veterans Day Charity Match!

Formed in 1963, SWPL has a long and rich history providing support to the shooting sports here in SoCal. Each of us at RW has been competing at SWPL for years, treating it as our home club. Aaron Lepley, SWPL Match Director, is a dear friend who has supported us and our classes for some time. Every month, SWPL puts on the best USPSA match in SoCal in our opinion. When we decided to turn this year’s event into a match, we had no other choice in our minds.

Match Registration opens tonight 10/12 at 9PM PST

What an incredibly powerful day

SABOT Foundation, and Empower Wellness is healing our Veterans and Law Enforcement Men and Woman with alternative wellness to heal our invisible wounds….
@empowrwellness put on such an amazing integration workshop—my very first one! Huge thank you to Susie and Brittany for creating a space where we could learn how to release pockets of stress and move stagnant energy out of our bodies.
The biggest experience of the day was the breathwork session. I knew breathwork was powerful, but experiencing it firsthand was deeply intense and emotional. At one point, I couldn’t stop crying—it released a massive amount of heavy energy that I truly needed to let go of.
So much gratitude to the @sabotfoundation for inviting me @torqmd to join the team for hero’s healing hero’s and bring clinical grade peptides to our community.
A special thank you to the Ronald Reagan American Legion Post 283 (Ronald Reagan Chapter) in Pacific Palisades for opening their doors to us. Meeting such incredible people there today—some of whom I know will be lifelong friends—made the day complete. ❤️✨

What a Night!

Feeling inspired after our incredible Women’s Equality Day event! The words said and taught to us will always be in my heart.
A heartfelt thank you to Mayor @ardykassakhian for joining us and sharing such powerful, necessary words—support from men in our community like that meant everything.
Huge gratitude to @elenasatryan, our dedicated City Council, and all the phenomenal women who showed up and made the event so impactful. @silvaharapetian @ramela_ohanian @theimpostorprofessor @dr_rita_g_good @lessaforlibraries —you were absolute powerhouses at the mic! 🎤✨
We tackled topics that hit so close to home for many of us, including overcoming imposter syndrome, navigating the challenges women face in the workforce, and finding the confidence to own our voices and speak up.
I was deeply moved to share my own journey and speak about how clinical-grade peptides are making a tangible difference in clinical settings—especially integrated into mental health non-profits supporting military service members and law enforcement clinicians. Getting to the root of mental health takes all of us working together, and I truly believe we can do it.
Thank you to everyone who came out, listened, and shared their energy. Together, we rise! 💪✨
