Yoga can be fun too. 🧘‍♀️

When we’re learning something new or trying something challenging, bringing a little play into the process can change everything. Less pressure, fewer expectations, more curiosity.

Sometimes, when we stop trying so hard to “get it right” and simply allow ourselves to explore, we surprise ourselves with what becomes possible. 💗

If you feel called to dive deeper into yoga, we’re here to support you along the way.

Comment YOGA and we’ll send you more information about our upcoming programs.

The Summer Solstice marks the halfway point of the year. A beautiful reminder to pause, reflect, and recognize just how far you’ve come🌞✨

Thank you to @electrosol.nj for creating a space where we could welcome the season with intention, movement, and community. It was an honor to kick off your Summer Solstice celebration 💛

A heartfelt thank you to @flowingwithsoul for guiding us through pranayama and closing our practice with a beautiful meditation.

And to every yogi who showed up for themselves—thank you. Your energy, presence, and willingness to pause and connect made this gathering so special ✨

Here’s to embracing the light within and stepping into the second half of the year with clarity, gratitude, and purpose. ☀️🤍

Most people think they’re looking for motivation.

What they’re actually looking for is community.

The goal is simple:
Be better today than I was yesterday.

That’s it.

One mile. One conversation. One Friday at a time. ✨

Would you wake up at 8AM for this?

Join us every First Friday for The 8am Run Club at MKT Ready.

🗣️ I'm RICH!! I am incredibly WEALTHY! To have a community that shows up for me at 8 AM on a Saturday (some traveling across state lines) just to support my yoga teacher milestones!?! No other way to describe it other than richness! In this increasingly capitalistic world, let this be a reminder it's not dollars that count its the people. I am incredibly humbled to have the type of people in my life who show up for me when I need them 💛 #Abundance #rich #wellness #wealth #yogateacher
