Impromptu core/upper session with the aptly named @powerhausfitnessnz this am 💪 We did 2 blocks and then repeated for around 15 minutes of work 20 seconds sit up with plate press 5 seconds change over 20 seconds reverse curl X4 rounds 30 seconds mountain climber 30 seconds high plank - option weighted (we had a lovely assistant @dj_pavlovic to help with plates) X3 rounds We used 15kg, but you could use heavier/lighter, or go bodyweight We've decided we shouldn't train together again as things always seem to escalate 😜 #core #coretraining #northernarenagym #personaltrainer #trainwithamate #upperbodyworkout
