POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I love supporting my husband’s business… but we needed to take me off the weekly graphic design schedule. 😂

He brings the hours of film study, the player insights, and the pass rush game plan. I built an AI agent to help turn his notes into polished reports he can review and share with his NFL and college clients.

That’s where I see so much opportunity with AI. Look at what you keep doing manually, what someone keeps asking you for, or what’s taking longer than it needs to. There might be a system worth building.

My husband knows football. I know AI. We make a pretty good team. 🤎

More practical ways to use AI at work and in life, right here with Work SmAIter™.

What’s one task you’d love to take off your plate?

Build the careers. Raise the babies. Chase the dreams. But in the middle of all that building, don’t forget to keep dating each other. ❤️🥂

It’s not about finding the time. It’s about intentionally making it.

Jared Verse is already a 2x Pro Bowler… and the Sack Sensei says he’s just getting started. 👀

Javon Gopie won’t give you the fantasy numbers or predict the stats 😂 but when it comes to what he sees from pass rushers, he’ll give you the insight.

His take on Jared Verse: the accolades are already piling up, but he believes Verse is going to be a great pro for a long time.

Verse won Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2024 and earned Pro Bowl selections in each of his first two seasons.

306 pounds. A 39-inch vertical. And he had never played organized football. 🤯

Javon Gopie tells the story of first working with Nigerian defensive lineman Uar Bernard (@uar_benard ) through the NFL International Player Pathway and realizing very quickly that he was dealing with a different level of athlete.

Bernard would go on to run a 4.63 40, jump 39 inches at 306 pounds and eventually be selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2026 NFL Draft.

From learning the game from scratch to getting an NFL opportunity.

His Disability Became His SUPERPOWER 😤

EPISODE OUT NOW!! Link in bio!

Javon opens up about growing up with dominant optic atrophy and how it impacted him on the football field.

“I played angry.”

With his vision limited, Javon says his other senses became heightened — and instead of allowing it to hold him back, he learned to use it as an advantage.

That mentality helped shape the player, coach, and pass-rush specialist he is today.
