Happy Monday! Here is a look at the SAD Fair’s finances from 4/1/24 to 7/31/24. We still have some expenses for the rest of the year, but this is the bulk of it!

Thank you so so much to everyone who d0nated, spons0red, or bought merch. We would not be able to run this fair without you!

Our merch is up year-round, and you can always send us $$ through one-time d0nat¡0ns or by subscription on k0f¡

We are a small group of sick and disabled artists who have a passion for our community, but we do not have money or resources ourselves. We hope that this post gives some clarity on the expenses of a virtual Fair and how it’s run!

Disability Pride Month may be over, but the adventure for disabled players is just beginning!

Welcome to Dungeons & Dragons & Disability, where we celebrate disability every day of the year by making creative spaces for chronically ill and disabled role players featuring games that are #disability and #lgbtq friendly and #accessible for everyone! Our games feature real disabled characters, a home brew disability system, and hand crafted accessibility equipment designed for every kind of chronic illness and disability! Follow us to learn more about creating an accessible table, how to play disabled characters without being ableist, and how to integrate disability into your D&D games!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported me this week! SAD Fair was a wonderful experience and featured so many amazing disabled artists and had so much fun at the different events I was able to attend! I'm looking forward to participating again!

The first meeting of Crafting Community at STL Virtuoso was a very chill and fun evening with local Covid conscious makers. I will be finalizing whether or not we will keep meeting on the fourth Wednesdays each month or if it needs to move, I am open to feedback! Please let me know if you have a strong preference.

This weekend I got to vend at Earthbound for the MyrtleHaus release party and it was a great environment as always! Today's Sundaze at Schlafly was also great despite the heat! Very grateful to everyone who came out anyway!

I had a great time and don't regret anything, but I did push a bit too hard so I have decided to take next week off, mostly. My kofi will stay open until tomorrow (Monday, July 28) morning and my coupon code 'SAD10' is active until midnight! Otherwise, I will be catching up on the made to order items that got purchased over the week. I'm mostly going to focus on spending some time recovering and getting my studio reset.

Thank you all again! I will be back next week. My next in person event isn't until Faust Art Fair, August 24!

Tomorrow is the last day to get one of these limited edition prints! They’re only available in my online shop for the duration of the @sadzcf! And they’re pay-what-you-want! While I’ve set a recommended price for each print, you can get them for as much as a 50% discount.

The one in the middle is one of two prints I think of as my Lisa Frank prints 🦄

Once the SAD Fair is over, I’ll be taking them out of my online shop! That means that tomorrow, Saturday, July 27th, is your last day to get one. Each is a one-of-kind print (an edition of one) that I made while testing the blocks I hand carved for the coloring book. Link to shop in bio! Marbled block prints piled on top of each other. One says: We Are The Land. Another says: The Land Loves Us. Each is printed with an array of nature-themed stamps, from dandelion leaves to raccoons, insects, flowers, and grains. The marbling on each is made of 2 or more colors that have tiny dots swirling around the print. The central print is a mix of blue and hot pink, reminiscent of 90’s iconic merchandise from Lisa Frank.

It's Disability Pride Month! Have you heard of the SAD fair? It's a virtual market featuring sick and disabled artists 💅🦾 Check out the amazing artists, and support their work! The fair ends this Sunday.

I'm honored to showcase my work alongside so many other artists at this fair. I have multiple "invisible" disabilities and art has been such a great way to cope and express myself (and helps pass time during flare ups!!) I've learned that in sharing about my illnesses and chronic pain, I'm able to find more people who relate to and share disabled joy with ❤️

Thanks to folx @sadzcf, all participating artists, and other groups like it for building up this community ❤️❤️
