💬 People have been asking “how do you deal with all of the negative comments?” I believe that only hurt people hurt other people… so a person spreading negativity in comments may be going through something or hurting in some type of way (and maybe they don’t even realize it themselves), so I don’t take it personally 💜

I used to have so many fears around the things i wanted most in Life, once i was at a place in my life where i was willing to step into the unconfortable zone of facing my fears, my life completly opened up! Its crazy to look back, because half of the things i post now i NEVER would of posted even a year ago.. out of fear of judgment and what other people would say... “would they make fun of me” “would people think im good enough” ... once i came to a place in my life where i knew that living in my fear was only holding me back from my highest self, i then stepped into the unknown of fear amd EVERYTHING changed!! Face your fears!!

In person-you’ve been asking for it, so yes, it’s time for me to step back in person where I started, bringing you a different “spin” on the breath- rather than calling it work, think of this experience as tapping into your own internal wisdom. I love holding space for all to unify and create more acceptance and peace within so we may shine that out into the world. Our earth needs it right now.
