🎃🤝 MEET OUR WRONG OUTFIT FUN RUN PARTNERS!

The countdown is on, and these incredible partners are bringing the energy, fuel, adventure, style, and beats to make this event unforgettable! 🏃‍♀️⚡️

🏔️ MEET @5peaksrun

We’re excited to have 5 Peaks joining the Wrong Outfit Fun Run and bringing some trail-running energy to the event!

5 Peaks puts on fun trail races across Canada, giving runners the chance to get outside, challenge themselves, and experience some seriously beautiful trails.

They have races throughout the summer in different locations, so there’s always another trail to explore.

Go check out their upcoming races (and the series pass is on sale btw 👀) and find a trail near you.🏃‍♀️🏔️

🧁 MEET @mooscanada 🧁

Because after running 5K, we deserve a muffin. 😌
We’re so excited to have Moo’s Protein Muffin joining us for the Wrong Outfit Fun Run!

Moo’s makes protein muffins that are a fun, convenient option when you want something that tastes like a treat while still bringing some protein to the table.

And if you’re in Edmonton, you can find them at Bountiful Farmer’s Market! 👀

🧁 Go grab one, try a flavour, and see what the hype is about.

⚡️ AND YES… @redbullcanada IS PULLING UP.

Because apparently we’re running 5K in completely inappropriate outfits AND need wings afterward. 😂

We’re excited to have Red Bull joining the Wrong Outfit Fun Run!

Expect some energy, some chaos, and hopefully enough caffeine to survive everyone’s questionable outfit choices. 👀⚡️

Come run with us, grab a Red Bull, and get silly.

Who are you showing up dressed as? 👇😂

🎧🔥 MEET DJ CHVY @cvrlvneri
AND TRUST ME, SHE KNOWS HOW TO GET THE PARTY STARTED.

She’s just getting started with her DJ career, but she’s already played at so many events this summer, bringing the energy and making everyone get up and DANCE. 💃🏻🪩

And this is only the beginning. 👀

Come show her some love and be part of her DEBUT on December 5! 🖤🎶

Big things are coming, and you heard it here first. 🚀

Run for something bigger🖤

Loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new people, and having different run clubs come together for the Terry Fox Run.

Great turnout, good energy, and even better people.

a little yoga in the park dump 🥹🌿

still feeling so grateful that this little idea actually happened. what started as “maybe i should host a yoga class in the park” turned into this really beautiful morning of movement, matcha, sunshine & community.

thank you to everyone who came out, rolled out a mat, did some yoga with me, drank matcha & made this day so special 🤍

& a big thank you to @safespace.rc for collaborating with me & making this idea come to life & for the gorgeous @lululemon set✨🧘🏽‍♀️🌸

i’m still processing the fact that i actually got to stand in a park and teach yoga to a group of people. 🥹

feeling very grateful for this little dream of mine & so excited for what’s next.

When I signed up for the @thehoagiehalf, I had no idea how much this race would change me.

It wasn’t just about the delicious free food (although… let’s be honest, that was a nice bonus 😂). It was about giving myself an opportunity to be rejuvenated, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I needed this.

I needed to see how far I could push myself, on my own terms.

I needed to show up for my team, knowing that we each had a part to play, not just to finish strong, but to carry, encourage, and celebrate each other along the way.

I needed this.

I needed to reconnect with myself because, if I’m being honest, I’ve felt a little lost lately.

And more than anything, I needed to prove to myself that, with the help of the Lord, I can build the capacity for whatever I set my mind to.

This race reminded me that sometimes the goal isn’t just crossing the finish line.

Sometimes, it’s meeting a version of yourself on the other side that you didn’t know was still in there. 🤍

So grateful for my lovely pals @safespace.rc @thisislexi @_candace_w @annie_blah. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to take on this relay with. 💞✨
