✨ THE SECRET IS OUT! ✨

I’ve been keeping something exciting under wraps, and I can FINALLY share it with you!
I was recently invited to Canada as one of a select group of aesthetic providers chosen to train with Merz Aesthetics and help bring the highly anticipated BELOTERO VOLUME filler to the United States! 🇨🇦🇺🇸

And here’s the BEST part…

💕 Simply Beautiful MedAesthetics is the FIRST to offer Belotero Volume in East Tennessee! 💕

I’ve already had the opportunity to incorporate this incredible filler into my practice, and let me just say… it is PHENOMENAL!

Being selected for opportunities like this is something I never take for granted. Continuing to learn, grow, and bring the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine to my patients is truly one of my greatest passions.

I cannot wait for you all to experience what makes Belotero Volume so special!

A drug designed entirely by artificial intelligence moved 6 independent proteomic aging clocks in the same direction during a Phase 2a human trial — the first time this has been documented in peer-reviewed longevity research.

The molecule (rentosertib) wasn’t repurposed. AI identified the biological target, then designed the compound from scratch.

Swipe through for the full breakdown of the biological age reversal study, including:
→ What the aging clock data actually measured
→ Why a moved biomarker isn’t a clinical verdict—yet
→ Free CME-accredited longevity medicine courses for practitioners
→ The 3 GLA members shaping evidence-based longevity care

Join us at the Global Longevity Summit at the Mar-a-Lago Club on November 19 — where we bridge investors with the industry’s biggest opportunities.

💬 Comment RESET and I'll send you the full Skin Health Reset article, durability charts included.

At 6 months, every sun-damage treatment looks like it worked.

At 30 months, only one still does.

In a head-to-head durability dataset, high-density CO2 laser was the only field treatment still holding up to a 90% reduction in pre-cancerous lesions at 30 months.

Photodynamic therapy, low-density CO2 laser and 5-FU cream all rebounded.

Here's why.

The spot you can see is the smallest part of the problem.

For every lesion that surfaces, the skin around it is hiding far more damage that hasn't shown up yet. The photodamaged field.

Freeze one spot, and the field keeps making new ones.

So in clinic, the sequence matters more than the tool:

1️⃣ See it.
Multi-spectral imaging maps the UV damage hiding under normal light.

2️⃣ Treat the field.
High-density CO2 laser resurfacing rebuilds collagen and replaces damaged cells across the whole area, not spot by spot.

3️⃣ Protect it.
Daily SPF, DNA-repair skincare and internal support. In the ONTRAC trial, oral nicotinamide cut new non-melanoma skin cancers by about 23% at 12 months.

But here's the honest part.

This is a representative durability dataset, not a meta-analysis. Individual results vary. And none of it replaces sunscreen or regular skin checks.

After my own skin cancer, this was never cosmetic to me.

Measured, not guessed.

Want to see your own field first? Our nurse consult includes the full SkinLife Analytics assessment. Link in my bio🤝

Not AI …. just reminiscing about June and the perfect little birthday escape… sunshine, turquoise waters and a moment to simply exhale. Some of the best memories are made when you step away and dive into something beautiful. 🌴🐢✨. Protecting the skin always … thank you @sajicskin

🎉Another year. Another chapter. Another thousand questions.

From the clinic to the lab to stages around the world, @dusansajicmd continues to ask one simple question:

What’s possible?

Happy Birthday to a dermatologist, researcher, educator, and perpetual student of skin and longevity.

Here’s to another year of curiosity!
