Zdjęcia modyfikacji BMW zaczynamy od dachu. Auto przyjechało z aluminiową blachą zaślepiającą szyberdach, zamocowaną na ponad 30 nitów. Otwory zostały zaspawane, dach wygładzony, a otwór zaślepiony zaślepką od Marka @mway.workshop po czym uszczelniony silikonem.

Let’s kick off the BMW build photos with the roof. The car came with an aluminum plate riveted over the sunroof using more than 30 rivets…
We welded the holes, smoothed the roof and installed @mway.workshop dedicated sunroof delete plug, finishing it off with a silicone seal.

Say what you want. But me seeing this car in pieces like that made me feel insecure lol.

After 6 years of my dad racing it and another 5 in my hands as a drift chassis, crashed and beaten many times it was a good moment for a proper refresh. Turned out to be more like a rebuild.

I can’t be thankful enough for @sajmon.esperformance who decided to help me out and worked on the car in his workshop. Putting massive amount of work, ideas and knowledge into the process. Including body work, metal fabrication, painting exterior and interior, designing custom parts, harness tweaks and a lot more.

Car is almost finished at this point, we’re gonna post the final result 🤩 and building process on his page soon.
