✨MAIN SPONSOR – IRISH QUALITY CENTRE✨

We are absolutely delighted to welcome @irishqualitycentre (IQC) back as our Main Sponsor for the Gift of Life Ball 2026! 💚

📅 Saturday, 14th November 2026
📍 Radisson Blu Hotel, Little Island, Cork

A huge thank you to Philip, Managing Director of IQC, and the entire team for their continued generosity and support. Your kindness means so much to us and helps us raise vital funds for the Irish Kidney Association’s new Munster Kidney Support Centre near Cork University Hospital.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts, supporting kidney patients and their families across Munster while raising awareness of organ donation and the precious gift of life. 💚

Although this year’s Ball is not being held in memory of Isabel, Philip’s beloved wife, she will forever be in our hearts. 💕 Isabel was a very special friend to us, and her kindness, beautiful spirit and passion for organ donation will never be forgotten. We know how much this cause meant to Isabel, and we are truly grateful to Philip and the IQC team for continuing to stand alongside us and support something that was so close to her heart. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the difference we continue to make together. 💚

Thank you for standing with us and helping us make a real difference. We couldn’t do it without you! 💚

🚨 URGENT APPEAL – BLOOD DONORS NEEDED 🩸❤️

New blood donors are urgently needed in Cork.

Every day, people rely on donated blood — including those undergoing transplants, as well as people needing emergency treatment, surgery, cancer treatment, childbirth and many other medical procedures. 🩸❤️

There is a special Sunday blood donation clinic taking place at:

📍 St. Finbarr’s Hospital, Cork
🗓️ Sunday
⏰ 10:45am – 3:15pm

🩸 New donors are very welcome!

If you’ve never donated before, why not make this the day you give it a try? It only takes a little of your time, but your donation could make an incredible difference to someone waiting for, or recovering from, a life-saving transplant. ❤️

👉 Check your eligibility, find a clinic and book online:
giveblood.ie

Please share this post and help spread the word. You never know when someone you love — or someone waiting for their second chance at life — might need blood. ❤️

Give blood. Save lives. Give someone hope. 🩸❤️

🎶 Introducing our Reception Music Entertainment for Our Gift Of Life Ball 💝 – Fiona & Ronan! 🎻🎸 @fionatattan

We’re delighted to have Fiona Tattan, from Killeagh, East Cork, providing the music for our drinks reception 🥂

Fiona comes from a musical family and is classically and traditionally trained. Her love of Irish traditional music has taken her all over Ireland, with many a Fleadh Cheoil and Willie Clancy Festival along the way. Travels to Australia, the USA and New Zealand have also broadened her musical style and influences. 🌎🎶

Joining Fiona on the night will be Ronan on guitar, a Clare man who has been a blow-in to Cork for over 20 years… so we’ll say he’s just about been accepted now! 🤣

Fiona and Ronan are also part of the three-piece band Trad Folk, alongside Fiona’s brother, and have been playing together for an incredible 16 years.

Expect a brilliant mix of music, from traditional Irish, folk and country to modern favourites – something to get everyone tapping their toes!

And Fiona’s Irish dancing days are coming in very handy these days while playing the fiddle… multi-tasking, like all women, at its finest! 🙌👏

As for Ronan… ask him about his one-man Riverdance with Michael Flatley! 😉😂

We can’t wait to have these two set the tone for a fantastic evening of music, fun and celebration! 🎶🥂💚
