Could not be more thankful for this girl. I have never felt more loved and supported while chasing a goal. Dream partner through and through 🫶🏼

1.8 Million dollars of rev in this photo and the most experienced rep is me on year 3 💀

The growth on these two reps in particular was the most rewarding thing to see. They both filled up their plates and ate every fucking bite.

Couple rockets 🚀

Keep an eye out for this org in 2027 🪖

Top Rookie @aptivesales 🔒

For those that didn’t know, my mom passed away at the beginning of this year. She is the one that influenced me to become a leader, I hope I left her imprint on my people.

I learned a lot this year; First of all that none of this truly matters without the right people to share it with. It’s your relationships that inspire you, that fill you with joy and purpose. Remember that.

There was one quote that held with me all year “Do the best you can with what you’ve got.” Countless hard moments pushed through just repeating that.

I’ve seen lives change and grow in the last 11 months of building this season (it really isn’t just a summer job) and I am so so excited for what’s next. I have a new power in the knowledge that none of this really matters as long as you’ve got good people by your side and I am excited to continue to conquer this pest control world as well as embark on new endeavors 🌎

Salomon Acevedo puts together a massive $7,296 on 07.25.26.

What a statement from a rookie.

Breaking the 7k mark is a huge accomplishment, and Salomon finished the week with one of the biggest rookie performances on the board. In a class that’s been loaded with talent all summer, he continues to prove he belongs among the best.

The competition doesn’t slow down, and neither does this rookie class. Salomon stepped up in a big way.

Huge finish. Keep the momentum going.
