In stealth mode today.. haha I tried on a compression shirt today and while I felt slightly insecure about its fit, i thought it felt great and the pump feels amazing! Honestly it’s a shirt I wouldn’t have worn last year but I’m glad I’m getting the confidence to try things like this. I see the vision, and I’ll get there. If you too are working on yourself, I believe in you! We got this. 💪👑

One part of my body that I’ve always had insecurities about is my back, I’ve always strived for a wider frame, a V-taper as you might call it. There are still days where I feel small, that I’m not where I want to be. But sometimes you have to stop and appreciate how far you’ve come. This is my current progress since 3 years of lifting, bulking and cutting. Keep striving for your goals everyone, I believe in you 👑.

The Best Minimalist Fragrances

Sometimes all you want in a fragrance is to smell fresh and clean, or maybe smell like you didn’t apply a perfume at all. These three fragrances offer just that, a minimalist scent that is quiet, clean, but yet refined and luxurious.

Tommy by @tommyhilfiger is a timeless fougere that focuses on cooling mint, invigorating citruses and clean lavender. A refreshing fragrance that sits close to the skin for its duration.

Lazy Sunday Morning by @maisonmargiela is a powdery, musky fragrance that is reminiscent of freshly laundered sheets. A floral scent that creates an aura of tranquility.

Mojave Ghost by @officialbyredo focuses on light fruitiness, floral notes, and bright ambers. All combine to create a balanced, nuanced, airy aroma around you.

I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, comparison is the thief of joy. Stay focused, stay disciplined, eat, sleep, supplement, track. I know that I’ll get to where I want to become soon. To anyone who’s reading this, stay focused king we will get there together, I believe in you, I believe in us.

Unfortunately, my left shoulder has been killing me. I’m battered down with shoulder impingement aches, a sprained thumb, and other life events. But I know that patience will bring me far.
