USO season closer with soloists pianist Daniela Mineva and violinists Anna Washburn and Aaron Westman.

I really love documenting in a way that blurs the line between “real” and abstract (whatever those words mean). Some photos are more about “look, this is the way it looked” (after tweaking the white balance for 20 min, bringing down the highlights and boosting those shadows). And others can say “this is how it felt”. Or something like that. I’m not sure. Words are messy. I like taking pictures.

As always, thank you @ukiahsymphonyorchestra for the love and trust 🙏🥰🎶

On February 18, the DVGS sophomores, juniors, and seniors went to support their classmates, Isabella Akin-Paz (Class of 2026) and Katherine Wang's (Class of 2024) performance in the Ukiah Symphony Orchestra's Concert. The pieces performed were: Suite from Pelléas et Mélisande by Gabriel Fauré, Carmen Suite No. 1 by Georges Bizet, and The Composer is Dead (Nathaniel Stookey-Lemony Snicket). The narrator-orchestral composition was narrated by Roseanne Wetzel. A picture with Nathaniel Stookey, composer

It’s not every weekend I get to play a Mozart piano quartet and jam with my favorite blue grass band on the same concert! 😎 All with fabulous musicians who know how to make music come alive and play with joy.

Hats off to the crew at UJA for producing an entertaining variety show!

Have we announced if we are having a boy or girl yet💙or💝? We did a gender reveal in my parents beautiful backyard after Thanksgiving 2022. I’m glad my sisters could be there too with some of my aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends. As you can see we had a fun time figuring out our plan of action with all the producers and directors in the family. Haha love it!😆😉🥳

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Health and Healing Crusade a success! We had an incredible team and wonderful speakers with uniting messages. Our theme and focus this year was brain health and mental health blended with the power of the gospel. What theme would you like to see next year?
