Meet VESSEL 🖤

It looks like a bag… but in true LACEVO style, it’s so much more innovative than that!

VESSEL is your favourite NEW sidekick - engineered for the realities of pumping, parenting and packing light.

Use it to:

💧 WASH pump parts and bottles anywhere, any time.

✔️ STORE used pump parts discreetly between sessions (hello fridge hack!)

🍓 PACK snacks without the crumbs, spills or chaos.

🧺 STASH wet clothes, dirty bibs, nappies, wipes and everything in between.

Made from food-grade silicone, with a leakproof seal and generous 4.3L capacity, VESSEL is built for the mess no one warned you about!

One versatile bag. SO many uses!

Comment LWDD to listen to this amazing woman @lacevoofficial on @lifewithdanniduncan 🎧

Two weeks after having her second baby, Sally Grice sat in an important work meeting with one boob rock hard and engorged because her pump had failed her that morning. By the time the meeting ended, she was in agony. She ran to her office and broke down crying. Then she decided to build the pump herself.

@sallygrice is the founder of LACEVO, and the pump she built is the one I have used almost every day for the last two years. Including through chemo.

This one is personal.

Behind the scenes I'm doing a lot of work fighting for better access, better funding and better outcomes for mothers and babies.
A big thanks to @melinasarris and @channel7 for helping us bring women's health and particularly postnatal care into the spotlight.

I'm all about providing up-to-date, evidence-based care for my families, and catching up with @sallygrice from @lacevoofficial to hear all about their new red light technology to support breast pain, nipple trauma, blocked ducts and mastitis was incredibly interesting and exciting.

Mama Glow - Breastfeeding Awareness Month & Black Breastfeeding Week - @lacevoofficial hosted a launch event at @thesoftspace.bk with Mama Glow where an intimate group of birth professionals and families gathered to learn about their new products!

August is Breastfeeding Awareness Month, an opportunity to reflect, learn, and amplify our collective commitment to breastfeeding/chestfeeding as both an individual feeding choice and an important public health measure. Breastfeeding awareness is about more than promoting breastfeeding—it is about ensuring that families have access to accurate information, skilled support, culturally responsive care, and the tools they need to make informed decisions about how they feed their babies. It also creates space to acknowledge the realities that can impact infant feeding, from access to lactation support and healthcare to workplace policies, social determinants of health, and the experiences of families who may face barriers to reaching their feeding goals.

As technology continues to evolve, consumers have greater opportunities to make informed choices about the growing number of products and services available to support pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and infant feeding. With that growth comes an important responsibility to understand the evidence behind emerging solutions, consider how technology can complement—not replace—human-centered care, and ensure that innovation remains responsive to the needs of families and the professionals who support them.

The recent LACEVO event hosted at the Soft Space by Mama Glow offered a meaningful opportunity to do just that. The gathering brought together birthworkers, healthcare stakeholders, and others working across the maternal and infant health landscape for an intimate conversation and hands-on opportunity to learn about emerging technology designed to support breastfeeding/chestfeeding and infant feeding.

Nothing fuels growth like gathering with like-minded professionals. Our breastfeeding brunch at the Ritz Carlton Dallas was filled with inspiring conversations, expert insights, and real connections. Honored to support this incredible community of educators and advocates.

What an amazing way to round out our whirlwind Texas trip. 🫶🏼

There’s something magical that happens when you fill a room with women who lift each other up.

Earlier this week we partnered with @bumpsuit to host an intimate celebration for the launch of EMPOWER at @kappokappoaustin - and it was everything. A room full of founders, visionaries, and extraordinary women who truly understand that another woman’s success is OUR success.

Thank you to @bumpsuit for bringing this vision to life with us. From the thoughtfully curated dining experience to the electrifying energy in the room - every moment reminded us of what we’re building: a community where women don’t just dream big, they lift each other to greatness.

Here’s to more moments like this. More collaboration. More celebration. More women saying “yes, AND you too.”

Welcome to EMPOWER
